"most selling was by long term holders" erm have you looked at trades. I'll save you the trouble 157,623 paid 0.95p sold for 0.95p held 38 minutes 500-600k paid 0.95p at 12.31pm sold at 12.59pm for 0.9611 so held 28 mins 211640 paid 0.945p sold for 0.95p held 27 minutes 515914 paid 0.968p sold for 0.9p held 41 minutes 450551 paid 0.999 sold for 0.876 held 97 minutes I can go on and on and match most of the buys today with sales later on.

Dave . You are correct that if nobody had sold the price would have risen sharply but given Pel's track record it is hardly surprising some sold in to the liquidity. Many of us have been loyal for a very long time. Friday's RNS indicated that HSBC were losing patience and that the over draft facility is "Sub Optimal". Entirely logical to take some off the table and to wait for news given the painful experience of the last two Years. It feels like a corner is being turned here but investor trust is at a very low ebb ; and so people do not want to be over invested. I suspect most selling was by LTHs.

Would have had a substantial % increase had all the twitter idiots looking for a fast buck not all bought then sold again. You can match up around 20 buys with sales, nobody made any money. If they had the balls to just hold it would be at least 1.1p bid now

They will probably place 29.9% with someone against a one million valuation. I would wait to see what happens before buying.

I'd say if you take my trades out because I'm not selling there looks to be say 3 people left to sell for big losses that bought earlier. Baffles me why people cannot hold stocks anymore just because they are not flying or up 5 million % in 5 minutes

As fft points out, there are other possible options. A big increase in volume so far today, the highest for 15 months, I wonder if it has cleared the seller, although the price action suggests not.

Never thought it was that bad for idiots in this market as there is now. So many people need to quit and perhaps trade on betfair etc etc. They all pile in and never give stocks a chance to move then when one sell comes in they all sell out again. You can match almost every buy to a sale. Except mine. I will hold and add more if drops from here. That was good news today and the company should crowdfund if they need money because I will chip in £5k to buy more and they will only need 50-100 others to get the funds they might require

Probably frontrunning a discounted placing. Hence they dont want to buy shares but have limitless amounts to sell.

So the odd 500k buy now and again around 0.95-0.96p and today somebody sells 200k and gets just 0.86p next to 0.9p bid The mm's are in vulture mood again

Really didn't like the phrase sub optimal . I'm irritated that they are not being straight with loyal investors. They need a positive ├╝ber optimal deal to get investors behind them again . I wonder who is reneging in £168k payment. Not good.

God knows.. I did ask them what the HSBC loan interest rate was at the AGM but don’t think they told me but said it was standard nothing outrageous. Now we are told its sub-optimal.

A placing would seem a logical way, but the size of the company is so small I could see a loan from an investor as a possibility. Maybe convertible at a higher price.A takeover would be my preferred solution :-/

Does the bad debt figure included VAT? (which can be claimed back at a later date). However, bad debts always hurt, even more so when coupled up with the 2018 Loss. Possibly HSBC could have been more supportive so I am more interested in the funding position moving forward, ''the Board is of the view that an on-demand overdraft facility is a sub-optimal financing structure for a business like Paragon and are accordingly looking closely at ways of bringing longer term capital into the business''

Downside is I can still buy a minimum of 1,500,000 at 0.956p Monster overhang in a quiet stock

Pretty good Rns. Shame about the bad debt but apart from that it's a good amount of cash from that disposal to boost balance sheet
