Well said.

The points raised for the decision to be made will be comprehensive and possibly beyond the thought processes of some.

These things can be relatively simple in what looks like a complicated case.

Prove one point as misleading and folk have bought on the back of it then those have been misled.

From the quick glance version it's looks full of misleading info.

As I pointed out in the Canada case it was simply down to someone recording the resource incorrectly. Some investors bought on the back of that and got their money back. It was nothing like this shower of deceit.

The first step will be to provide the outline of the circumstances and what is thought to be false.

Nothing will be missed I'll make sure of that.

It's just all good clean fun. I don't have a vested interest in what happens sadly, or perhaps not sadly at all but rather 'happily'. Or do I? What can I say? You just never really know the truth on here....................Perhaps I'm best ignored? But then again maybe not? You'd be surprised what I do know and who I really am! The funds are there CS. That came first it seems then looking for suitable cases.

I hope to learn what is all behind it as time goes on.
