Hello again Cyber, yes you are on the right track.I lost £46k due to the blatant lies which lead me to invest here.I suggest you unfilter Clubbie with immediate effect, it will lead you to discover not only a man who was right all along, but also a most erudite and formidable chap who will be relentless in bringing Manduca and his thieving associates to book. They are not as clever as they thought they were, however the professionals that we are soon to engage in this matter are!The cost to us will be minimal, the punishment for Manduca and the Nomad (potentially) will not. What goes around.......... will soon COME around.

I'm a Peter Sutcliffe lookalike who wears terrible cheap clothes, so it couldn't have been me.

So Beeks which one were you? The old guy with the terrible cheap clothes or the Peter Sutcliff lookalike who turned and ran like a girl?

State of play. Apparently the economics of a court case don't really work until the total losses reach £1m. Currently we are just over a third of that number, but there are still many avenues to go down to contact other s'holders with whom I have not already been in touch and recruit more.

I'm having a coffee on Monday with someone who helps put cases together - lawyers and financing for a case. Obviously the lawyers won't take a case, or the funders fund it, if they don't think it's winnable. I sent a copy of the SFO letter to the guy I'm meeting Monday and he certainly thinks there's a case there (but he's not a lawyer). I have also been in touch with the lawyers with whom this guy is working on other cases (African Potash, Cloudtag) to check out his bona fides, and he checks out. I have also this morning sent a copy of the SFO letter to the lawyer I've been emailing with, to get his initial view.

So things are moving. Still a very long way to go: but once again I would urge anyone who thinks they were defrauded by Paragon and Manduca to get in touch. Absolutely no guarantee of success, and there is a lot of granular detail to be worked out - not least how much of any settlement the funders might want in return for funding the case in the first place. However, IF we can get a case funded, and IF we can get enough s'holders on board, up-front costs might be minimal. Then it would be up to the lawyers to do what lawyers do.

There are no guarantees, but there *is* hope. So if you haven't already, get in touch:

Keep up the good work CS. Isn't this what we forecast when you were a lone voice. EG Once the wheel a fully turned you would get support.

BTW

Instead of whinging about shares on forums I've now started making allegations while they are still live. So in that regard I am doing something.

EG

recent activity.

Allegations to regulators, allegations to those that appear either oblivious, the same to the nomads when I find news that is untrue. I'm sending files to the funds that support those companies too as they are usually clueless on their investments.

My thought process behind that is the long drag until such companies are found out to be untruthful and perhaps nomads complicit.

If it's all there in writing before it ever comes to a fall then no one can claim they were oblivious or misled, they have been told.

With liability cover as you now know it would make a claim for those that bought on certain news and information much easier to win if the details are provided while the company was live.

Companies may not go bust but the 3 I thought were dodgy over the last year or so (one on TSX) have all done exactly that.

I only look at a handful of companies. Whatever topic I'm on may drag in others and that's when I spot things wrong. No sour grapes just a passionate dislike for companies that try to screw investors while making significant easy money themselves. They are just crooks imo using the AIM to feed their greed.

"how much potential there is to recoup my money"Once again, I appreciate the enthusiasm, but beware of over-promising. It is by no means certain we will recover anything: although I must say that if this ever gets to court I really don't see that Manduca and Northland have a leg to stand on.IF this ever gets to court. At this stage that is still quite a way off.More immediately: once the GE is over I'll be asking all members of the CA to write their own letters to the SFO and, after a suitable pause, to follow it up with a letter to their MP asking *them* to take it up with the SFO.There are two questions:1/ Was Manduca fraudulent; and2/ Was Northland negligent in signing off those RNSs?IMO it is not *necessary* to prove 1 in order to prove 2; but proving 1 makes proving 2 a hell of a lot *easier*.But then I'm not a lawyer...

Momentum is clearly growing for taking direct legal action against the lies emanating from Paragon, and the chronic negligence of the nominated adviser. My appetite for this has increased based on how little it will cost me, how much potential there is to recoup my money and how keen I am to see this fraudulent behaviour actively challenged once and for all.

17.

At the moment, an average of 1 s'holder a day is getting in touch. Not all of them are committing to the CA (usually because of worries around cost), but about 2/3 are - the rest are all supportive and I'm sure would contribute an affidavit concerning when they bought into PRG, and why. All part of building an overwhelming case against Manduca and Northland.

Get in touch. You have nothing to lose, and the *possibility* of getting some of your money back...

Many very interesting email conversations with s'holders the past few days. Huge anger at Manduca, and blanket support for court action even from those who have been too impoverished by him to take part.If you haven't already, drop me a line - there's strength in numbers;Westbrook.ian@googlemail.com
