Pantheon confirms that Theta West #1 has reached total depth ("TD") at 8,450 feet having drilled through both the Upper Basin Floor Fan ("UBFF") and Lower Basin Floor Fan ("LBFF") target horizons, which are Brookian age, and having encountered approximately 1,160 gross feet of hydrocarbon bearing reservoir across both horizons combined. Data received so far indicates the reservoir quality is superior to Talitha #A, with high quality light oil encountered across the entire section. The Company is now preparing to set casing prior to flow testing within both horizons over the coming weeks

Now will it flow, imho absolutely, unless they encounter more operational problems.

WesTX & Saget - thanks for posting. A wonderful video, not just because of the step by step guide to how it's done, but because nobody in their right mind would post such an upbeat video if they weren't sure they had a tiger by the tail. All that talk about analysing the mud returns, showing a very happy chappy holding some stuff in his hand, and then concluding with, 'More to come...' surely cannot be a precursor to 'ooops, sorry, it's dry - we've plugged and abandoned it...'?

More to come...I like that, I like that a LOT! Let the good times roll!

Interesting to see the smiling face holding the dark cuttings. Could he have oily fingers?To release the video would seem to indicate confidence in the ongoing operations. No hint of a problem with the remedial cementing that was required. Fingers crossed we are nearing a successful conclusion of this part of the journey.

Have retained across several portfolios almost precisely the same number of shares as I had 2 years ago. I have traded actively at the margin but have retained strong conviction about the extent of the value of the assets in the ground. Sold some marginal shares in the low 120's due to general market nervousness around Ukraine. Have bought back this morning as I continue to have massive conviction about what we have here after long and careful consideration of the webinars, high quality and specialist input from third-party advisers/contractors plus my own research.

Profits have to be large enough to outweigh losses. If we are honest the only investors who have not made losses are beginners who have been very lucky. So taking a lesser, certain profit may contribute to an overall loss.

Your comment "nobody lost money taking a profit" is very true but also at the very same time taking a profit does then lose and future potential and in Pantheons case could be extremely costly with what's already known.
