A summary of today's highlights:

OWL 🦉 reduced to a loutish one line barb.

Lizard, actually managing to compose a poem worse than yesterday's offerings, only to be humiliated by the plethora of pithy Haiku I posted and my friends 'twee' comment.

Finally the Blue Text Buffoon, unlike the other two who disappeared after a single shameful post, was fairly combative for a few minutes, messing with the PlusOnes, making unfounded (and swiftly debunked) accusations about Yombo etc. and yet again rudely berating the esteemed Helpfull.

A few pertinent responses from Helpfull, Kitty, myself and duly chastised he has also disappeared (no doubts to the safer confined of the Guild)

We defeated them all, an absolute rout.

Thank you Kitty, I have no agenda, I'm not invested in PANR, I have no interest in Dave & Bob's 'Billion Barrel Bonanza' and I have no prior connection to Helpfull.

Having discovered this thread due to Lizard's ill conceived invasion of RKH I realise (like yourself) I am needed here to bring down some vast egos and make them aware of their failings.

This is Helpfull's thread, he decides who/what to moderate, if you disagree with his moderation policy I suggest you return to the much lauded Guild you promote so feverishly.

As Boochy Gongles is a free (black name rather than blue name) Advfn subscriber, why is Helpfull, as creator of this thread, not moderating his always irrelevant but sometimes pornographic posts?

My understanding is that Helpfull should be able to moderate such posts.

'Until Yombo Ararka, etc, etc. recently appeared the only person promoting the destruction of this thread via its header posts (through deceitful and now recently pornograhic posts) was Helpfull

As a result, it seems very likely that Yombo Araka,,,then whatever and now Boochy Gongles is / are closely connected to Helpfull'

So this is Helpfull's thread.

I am purportedly in league with Helpfull.

If that's the case why would I wish to 'destroy' his thread?

He will never answer directly because it blows his lies out of the water. Him/it and their cohorts have been given free reign by ADVFN to trash the boards with pornographic images and blatant lies about everything Pantheon and it's independent contractors have stated about the oilfields. They're nothing more than paid shills.

On the troll thread, helpless keeps promoting the idea of a fund raise, based on figures that don't add up, and out of date cash consumption figures from last year that include a drill. For several days he has repeatedly asserted a cash position of $11.9m on 13 Dec 2023, with c $5m required in due course for leases and the convertible bond, and 'a cash burn of $2 million a month.' That included $3m spent on a drill that's not going to be repeated this year, so cash spend on his figures is c $1.5m a month.

The real figure, based on communication from the FD, is that general and admin spend is about US$7m pa, subject to spend on investment banks, additional staff, travel etc. So let's assume a more than generous $5m for that, which would add up to a monthly spend of c $1m.

Helpless then concludes a cash raise needed around January / February. Even if the rest of his figures are correct (which is highly suspect), the company would not need to raise cash before June / July.

There is further the Executive Chairman's absolute commitment to resist loading shareholders with additional cash raising.

The point here is not to raise hares about the company's need for cash. We know that $120m will be required to develop the assets to first production but the means to achieve that is planned on Vendor financing, Offtaker financing and Reserves based lending, as outlined in the RNS of 21 Nov: .

Helpless and his bear thread exists to spread lies and undermine the positive case for a Pantheon investment. He denies anything good about Pantheon, despite 3 of the world's leading oil services companies (Netherland, Sewell & Associates, SLB, Baker Hughes) endorsing the company's finds and estimates of recoverable oil. These are currently put at 0.96bn 2c contingent resources and a further 0.834bn net recoverable saleable liquids from the new acreage. These are phenomenal figures for leases alongside the Dalton Highway and Trans Alaskan Pipeline (TAPS) which adds to the economic case here.

Helpless and his short 'associates' are simply not to be trusted.
