The team has undertaken a great deal of analysis and refined our planning case to ensure that we organise funding on an appropriately conservative basis.

What a delicious way to spell 'placing' but hopefully not another death spiral.

Kemche,
You need to re-think that. The maximum negative cash balance once in production is £300 million. The total cost over the lifetime of the project is £25 billion, but virtually all of that will come from ongoing positive cashflows from production, i.e. it becomes self-funding from an early stage.

There will have to be an orderly opening market provision for tomorrow's trading. The opening auction will be fun to watch. Where for art thou Jim?

Of the approximately $25 billion required, an easy 50% can be garnered from those on the guild and Michael Spencer with a mere $12.5 billion available to the likes of Goldman Sachs etc. How the likes of Shell, BP, Aramco etc will be sitting idly by is a tad difficult to imagine.

You can see that PANR are being ultra conservative in their well depletion rate assumptions compared to the average depletion rate observed by the U.S. Energy Information Administration:

Not withstanding that it clearly looks like 2026 and 2028 are the years of whooshing. Beyond that we are in the realms of untold $ billions:

"Capital Investment and Funding

The entire development of Ahpun and Kodiak, using the conservative planning basis noted above, is likely to require more than 2,000 wells, including gas and water injection wells, over the long life of the field. This will cost approximately $25 billion in today's money. This seems like a very large sum, but in common with many such projects, most of the development costs will be incurred after the fields have begun production and through the reinvestment of production revenues and debt."

On that basis I will be surprised if we don't open at 50p and settle at between 75p and 100p by COP.

All the Oilman Jims and trolls can choke on that over their cornflakes.

GLA LTHers!

The RNS 14 Nov 2023 included “at minimum possible value dilution to existing shareholders”, and “to seek to minimize possible dilution of value for existing investors”, and thought the use and inclusion of the word ‘possible̵7; was interesting.

At about 35 mins into the webinar DH commented along the lines that whilst they cannot rule out an equity call, neither can they say that there will be an equity call...

Having reread the rather desperate RNS ( has anybody ever read such a bizarre RNS?), i am inclined to be even more bearish.

10p before end of 2023. Nailed on.
5p before end of 2024. Nailed on.

They are straight up telling potential
Vendor partners that it’s no point even reviewing the data if you’re thinking you’ll get a look in at the current market cap. It’s actually funny watching the shorts try to spread disinformation and mix messages. Scramble scramble scramble shorties

Wow. What a truly bizarre rns. Truly, truly bizarre.

They have basically told you that, for the next few years, the shares are absolutely and utterley worthless. However they might be worth something in a few years time if they are able to raise hundreds of millions. Notice how they haven't said when they expect self sufficiency? Self sufficiency, many years in future, is when it might be worth buying the shares (assuming the Company hasn't gone bust by then).

Watch the share price tomorrow......and over the next few years.

Nothing to see here until 2028. Lights out.

Wow there is some detail in that update! I don’t think Pro is going to like it very much as clearly the company is going to do everything it can to reduce the amount of equity raises!
