Thank you again, for adding further proof, of the deception trolls produce

Your numbers are wrong, funny thing you "forgot" to adjust for the lower interest as the capital reduces. Poor old Heights only get 4% return, now that they don't get the 10% discounted shares

Then in true troll deception mode you have made a poor attempt at shifting the argument, to whether PANR will also be spending some of their cash as well. This has never been in dispute, in fact welcomed, and will no doubt prove to be prudent as the share price rises, allowing, any future capital requirements to be less dilutive.

I am surprised you are not arguing Hobbs and Spencer are unfairly loading up on cheap shares, but that would not help to hold the price back would it now

Apart from that I will repeat the previous post, it is perfectly clear

Helpfull

It is your good self that is being dishonest and choosing a truly bizarre interpretation of

"Placement of approximately $4.15 million of new ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of $0.255 per share ("Placement Price"), equivalent to 20.8p per share, to long term investors to INCREASE the Company's cash resources, allowing it to pay December and March Convertible Bond payments in cash (the "Placement")."

"to INCREASE the Company's cash resources, allowing it to pay December and March Convertible Bond payments in cash"

To mean something other than, they have added to the companies cash resources, to enable the payment of the next two CB payments in cash

Your piece of FUD has failed the English language comprehension test.

We are all aware of the trickery, trolls will employ to plant a seed of doubt

Thank you for providing such a clearly worked example of deception, for the less aware to learn from

Cor blimey, guv!

Another fool espousing the closure of the Mangrove short.

Many have gone before and many will follow in the coming years.

The problem is not the short but more sells than buys.

And the main reason for that is nothing is happening in the next few years to push the share higher.

But there are a lot of reasons why the share price will move lower.

Cash raise(s), finance, lack of a farm in partner and (programme)failure to make a few.

Be careful.

well done melemforttongo/kitty
again you are of such child like mentality, that you cannot construct any arguments.
you are so consumed by hatred and envy of others.
you are so desperate to see others lose money as you get a kick out of it.
its time for you to be honest with yourself and seek help and then and only then will you be able to be honest with everyone on this site.
turn over a new leaf,be honest.try it.it may help you heal.then if you are able, come out from behind all those silly aliases and confront david hobbs with your accusations.
learn to stop pretending that you are only on this site to protect people from themselves and persuading them to dump panr.
just tell the readers that you are just someone who hates others to succeed but you are working to change that.
once on that path, you will realise that your stupid you sound when you claim that you know what shareholders break evens are and you will learn to realise that you simply are not relevant.
best of luck,i hope you do well.

melemforttongo or is it kitty today.
which ever name you use,you just cannot come up with anything constructive to help your angel of mercy stance.every post you make continues to be childish.
what is your ridiculous line today,oh yes d hobbs is consumed by the price he paid for his stock.
do you really expect any reader of this site to believe that d hobbs is just buried in thought and action to keep his stock purchases above water and does nothing else?
so many of your posts demand honesty.may be you should demand the same of yourself.
i have an idea.pantheon are welcoming investors to ask questions on tuesday.why dont you put in to question form the accusation you have made in your latest infantile accusation...see what he says.
instead of hiding behind multiple aliases with snidey unsubstantiated accusations, put yourself forward and ask the man himself in public for us all to see his answers.
hobbs is a man who has now held multiple q and a sessions and he never seems to duck an answer.

Cor blimey, guv!

A bit of fun for the webinar.

Ask why none of the other directors are buying any new shares and leaving it all to Hobbsy.

The face of the CEO crumples every time it is asked.

They were all sellers at 123p.

They would be stupid to buy now as the share price is never going back to 123p and so they would never be able to sell.

Hobbsy is allowed to buy as he is averaging down.

He is a member of the guild.

And we all know how much they need to average down.

Be careful.
