You’re like a broken record Pro.

Back in 2015 they had a placing at 20p and in under a year the share price rose to 180p.

Today is today and you simply cannot have any idea where the price will be at any point in the future so banging on about 20.5p per share today seems utterly pointless to anyone but yourself. What on earth are you trying to communicate?

You should know everything about abject failure, it’s the only thing you’re able to be. An abject failure across all the bb’s you frequent.
ADVFN’s worst investor, ramper, deramper, troll and utter loser.

Yes.....the placing values the whole company and all its prospects at 20.5p a share.

They are not going to drill a commercial production well with the money are they ? Its going to be spent on nothing really value accretive.........

So PANR is worth 20.5p a share according to its directors and long term investors.....not a penny more.

Do they have enough money to drill a commercial production well and connect it ?

No ????????????

Oh.....so more dilution ahead.

I note that all the major oil companies did not take part in the placing, and they did not in the past 2 years farm into PANR Alaska........

Why is that ? No interest ? No hope ? Pile of poo ? Whats the reason ?

Helpfull 10332

Reading from the RNS its "to increase the Companies cash..." meaning that's all the extra they need
Also with the CB due mid Dec, and the placement settling before 31 January 2024. That payment is likely going to come from existing cash surplus, then be reimbursed on placement settling

Placement of approximately $4.15 million of new ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of $0.255 per share ("Placement Price"), equivalent to 20.8p per share, to long term investors to increase the Company's cash resources, allowing it to pay December and March Convertible Bond payments in cash (the "Placement").

In other words nothing to worry about at all

Respected posters are those who share information from known and verifiable sources, including respected global businesses. Where as the trolls share the bear case with no facts or foundation. Best is it comes from *social media influencers*, what ever it takes to formally qualify as an influencer non of it is verified or backed up with facts anywhere. Brlieve me I am open to a bear case, but have yet to see any evidence. If you have some evidence, please share with the BB. Thought not....

As the bears have undermined and attacked longs for over a year now, very often with completely spurious claims and lies, there is every reason to attack and call out the shorts. They deserve everything they get!
