By the way, its June now......which means payment is due on the "death spiral" convertible loan...........

Will it be paid cash, or will it be more dilution again and paid in shares.

Remember, according to the loan note rules, it says, AFAIK, the loan note holder cannot be short the month of quaterly payment (March / June / Sept / Dec) but they can short in the other months.......thats my take on it anyway.

So its highly likely they will start shorting again in July and August if they so want to........thats next month.

As they say DYOR, IMO, NAG....
