The reason for continued selling below the issue price is most likely due simply to Pantheon no longer being included in the MSCI Small Cap Index.

They are the PANR shareholders who were/are so insecure about their PANR gamble that they decided to create an echo chamber. As a direct result, they are losing very heavily on their gamble and will be losing even more when the share price hits 10p. No doubt they have yet to tell their spouses/children/grandchildren about the gaping hole in the bank account.
