Pro-S2009, I just noticed you purchased 1.5 million shares today.

At 17p that is £255,000.

You must be very rich. If that is the sort of sum you invested in your calamitous share picks of Eme and Eco and Clon and others you must have lost a fortune. Glad to have you on the other side of the fence. They deserve you.

That is more than any of the directors invested in the placing. By a long chalk. I hope you know what you're doing.

When I hear you saying it is a "binary" choice I will know the game is up.

Came on here with much anticipation to learn what forwood meant by "very high" probability. He doesn't seem to have replied - so was wondering if he could enlighten me? Surely he can't have been just making it up?

Hi HD, yes he did say that. Also on LSE, on the 88E (remember how in the past he ridiculed all the 88E investors and implied they were idiots?) board:

"Polite heads up - fyi only. Northern neighbour PANR has just announced its much anticipated fund raise. If anyone wishes to take part then instruct your full service private client broker to phone your order straight through to the Canaccord dealers. If you don't have a full service broker then Primary Bid is the only other route. FYI only".

Why did he do that? Anyway, the 88E holders there didn't receive it very well. Only three replied to him, as follows:

"When 88e have a cash raise you harp on about how bad it is Scot, why’s this one a polite heads up? Readers of Scot’s post, tread with caution. He advised readers to invest in PANR at 120p and it’s now sub 20p… You’ve been warned :)"

"Lol what an utter w@nkstain you are Scott."

"Scot, Nice piece of advice - can now buy under the asking price."

If the book build/initial placing has raised $22m I wonder what the retail portion will raise? Maybe $5m? Hoping $22m+ will prove up a nice bath full of oil for draining that will attract a farm-in partner.

Did he really say that? I was a broker for many years and that sounds very much like insider trading to me.

Mind you, that would hardly be a surprise in his case.......

I do not think investors should sail so close to the wind! And if those who do get called out by the authorities, they deserve all they get!
