I see on the other board the rampers even the ones who tried to seek Inteligent like echoridge are now resorting to swearingnajd name calling at a desperate rate to try and justify their own failings . Pretty sad grown men can't own up to their own mistakes and stupidity even in the face of glaring evidence that's shows it .

Mkt cat 335m for this still looks way over the odds to me for what exactly
A few wells producing next to nothing and experiencing issues on all of them
A field that is proving problematic and in a hostile environment making extraction difficult to say the least

It's becoming quite obvious why the previous owners walked away from this and pantheon took it on but the reality is it's a dog plain and simple and won't produce enough to justify the huge costs to drill etc

JakNife, if you're denying the short Cabal, I'd say you were away with the fairies let alone another planet!

And yes, I do trust the underlying data. A large part of the short thesis is that management are pathological liars. It's a typicval refrain from the short side in many such attacks. But having been with Pantheon since Texas days, I don't for one second believe that. I've sat with them through online webinars, I've heard the language, seen their faces, read their CVs. Others whom I trust from having observed their behaviour for years and who know them a lot better than I do say they have complete confidence in their integrity.

All you can say to support your accusation of fraud is their optimistic language when reporting results, etc. I know you have a cover story about how they chose this acreage in order to deceive but that is compeltely undermined by the findings of Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, eSeis and LKA. So far as I am aware, there is absolutely no evidence of wilful misguidance but there is eviudence to back up their reports. What you're left with then is their optimism. Try presenting that in a court of law and you'd be laughed out of it!

All company reports are optimistic and it's a fundamental part of management's job to maintain confidence in what the company is doing. It does not amount to evidence of fraud and never has.

Why did Alex Stahel copy the main shorters on a faked doxing document a claim that the honourable Fraser Perry has doubled down on despite it being an outright lie? We all know what creating false documents to deliberately mislead people is called don’t we? I think Pro has used it to support his position as well, very naughty.

I think Pro has used it to support his position as well, very naughty.It's well known about the quality of reservoir because Pantheon have literally issued the poro/perm data from logging/cores. This is what Schlumberger will have based there flow rates on. As stated before think olderwiser was pretty close with his flare estimate, it was the higher GOR that got the oil rates. Truant claimed they were burning diesel, a total fabrication like most of his other posts.

That US$39.20 million at a share price of 45p is the equivalent of US$56.6 million at 65p. It gets harder to pay back as the share price falls. Highlights the need for a cash raise. At a share price of 30p (unthinkable!) it would be the equivalent of US$85 million. And at 10p, US$255 million. In share terms of course.
