"It's lovely to see that the tide of opinion has changed against PANR now"
You can try and spin it that way JAK, but apart from those complaining about the timing nothing has changed. Nor has the investment case.

Lets face it, a little bowel movement must have been in order when you saw that RNS this morning.

In the end you were lucky it wasn't early Alkaid results. Or were you, perhaps you are just well informed....It is sure handy keeping in touch with the right contacts from your banking days.

Anyway, well done. No doubt you closed out this morning, although I would be delighted if you hung around.

Good luck to the BOD for selling...They have been instrumental in creating such shareholder wealth for all shareholders.Their window to sell is only available now for the foreseeable future due to closed periods and other operational matters. Jay has participated in every raise last 16 years and has never sold...Well done Jay...enjoy Florida..Justin also...hardly sold...and bought a house in UK.Imagine if (sorry when) flow results are stellar (as we expect) and Jay tells the world we have proven a 2bbbls Brookian structure...and it's transformational...And then they dump their Option shares....that would look significantly worse and hounded by everyone...I've bought stock today...they are giving you a gift with this sell off......I expect results over next few weeks...and the shareprice significantly higher on a great flow.Well done BoD....

Pannikin, it does tell a story perhaps to the very least that directors don't value the shares enough to hold and can just sell and issue more later. A la Justin. Doesn't matter just reward yourselves more later. Doesn't matter.he sold last year get a tonne this year.

squiresquire, the BoD still have over 15M options outstanding.

I think Justin has only sold once before, though technically it was his wife. I get it = it's nice to be a millionaire. It's what I'm hoping for here but Directors with integrity normally wait for the right moment. In my view, this wasn't it!

What more do the directors have in the way of unexpired options. Ime not sure but they may still have a lot that are now locked in so to speak.

ringsing, the timing is horrible, but they are about to enter a long term test and would likely be locked in until early 2023, longer if they reopen discussions re a transaction with a third party.

At least we know that the fracking is still ongoing (or was last week), and that there have not been any operational issues to date.

It certainly feels like this could have been handled better, but how? Director selling will almost always be met with a negative response.

I remember the wailing doubters last January when Justin Hondris sold 500K options. He made £200k+ and the unsure holders sold down their holdings because JH must know something. Three weeks later the share price hit 145, many missed out on the profits that their initial investment would have provided had they had the confidence in their original research. Even JH missed out on approx. £350k but of course he would have been unable to sell due to ongoing operations.

JH will be fine, he has more options, but those that sold on this news, how will you do? How will you feel IF Alkaid flows as you originally expected?
