Wow well I for one see nothing wrong with forwoods posts and never have. He calls it like he sees it. Basically if you do not like someone’s post just filter or ignore them! |
It's clear to me Forwood is acting in his own interests otherwise he would not post the stuff he does if he really had the long's interest at heart. Those supporting him and who are long - I have no words. |
Pad I am also suspicious of those who quickly defend forwood playing games. I recall the last time that he did it,that I was told not criticise him because he is an older gentleman. So basically forwood can play games and we have to shut up. |
Pos - I cannot believe the stupidity that you would support someone who by posting may make people sell their stock and weaken the price but you are long (and want the shares to go up) but you defend him in the name of freedom of speech. Help me understand the logic! |
I completely agree with you pad regarding forwood. He is playing us. |
To be fair this is a discussion board and that is what he was doing; airing an opinion about the short term. Others look to the long term. |

There could be a case for PANR being overbought if Mangrove had closed. They might have but just not reported. But to my mind if them & others are 10million plus shares short and insti's are pushing the share price up then surely it's under bought and over sold? |
My understanding from what Forwood has posted in the past is that he is long, but trades a small percentage of his holding in line with his chart perceptions, to increase his holding over time. Each to their own. Best to let him get on with it without bother. He is ( in my view) a long term supporter of PANR & shows no sign of leaving completely. |
Forwood is choosing to make his comments on this forum and Discord for a reason - individual readers will decide whether that reason is altruistic or not.
Forwood is a self-declared ‘opportunistic trader’.
Forwood, of course, has every right to make the comments but it’s also reasonable for others to remind everyone that they should consider the basis of Forwood’s comments.
I suspect as long as Forwood continues to post charts/comments on here and Discord suggesting an overbought position, there will be posters that question why he is doing so - that is the nature of conversing on the forum.
No criticism of anyone’s post. |
Cor blimey, guv!
Just correcting your misconception.
The AGDC was told.
Be careful. |
If you are long and supporting Forwoods free speech on the generic advfn board then it's stupidy at best. |
Forwoods comments are fair and balanced in my view. Nothing goes up in a straight line and chart technicals play an important role in short term price movements. |
That is rather restricting of free speech, only good news or comments allowed on this thread, this is the stock market, it and its constituents can go up or down, comments on this board have no effect on the macro movements of this share, forces`s outside of this board control its movements. |
Let's face it , this stock is just being pumped!
The market cap is way to high and sooner or later peeps will realise!
Get out high while you can, because the dump isn't going to be pretty!
This stock is no more than a traders stock.
Don't be a mug punter for the rampers!
Just saying like!
Simples!.....;-) |
Forwood - my challenge to you is that you know that many on here are long and those on the Guild too. Feel free to trade in secret but you are not helping those who are long but feeding into the mouths that pick up on this for their own benefit. Your comments are not helping those who are long but as I say there could be an ulterior motive which is that you want the shares to drop. |
Wow, government body asks for independent review. Shock horror. Surprised they didn't just ask Larry.Keep helping. |
I suppose that some are looking beyond the temporary oscillations. We look at the amount of oil and the price of oil and conclude that in the longer term the share price (a rough evaluation ) will make today`s 55p look ridiculously small.
I think several pounds a share likely and am pleased to find others who think and print the same I hope that Olderwiser2 will add his thoughts on this sometime. |
I understand a negative chart post will not be popular. I have every confidence in the company and look forward to the day it exceeds £5 a share Bit it will go up and down, regardless of what anyone might say. Charting tries to point out the moves. If I invented a negative chart but to guess, possibly back to c 50 would rightly be called out as a scoundrel. But anyone with a rudimentary understanding of charts will know my last post was reasonable. It's no guarantee, and I've not said how far it might fall. |
