Would it be fair to say that, based on estimates of 2.2 Billion recoverable , we’re sat around $0.50 per barrel. Based on sale comparisons, PANR will be looking at around $3.50/ barrel?

The upside, over the next 18 months will be to both increase the total resource and up the recovery rate to say 15-18% , which will provide significant upside for sale valuation..

My view on last night's webinar:

Certainly the best webinar to date. Highly informative with an abundance of technical detail, clearly and cleanly delivered by incredibly knowledgeable and engaging speakers.
The stand-out performance for me was Michael Duncan whose insight into this season and future operations was presented with a perfect blend of modesty and enthusiasm. It really feels like he is putting together a top operational team and relishes the opportunity to progress with the development of this project.
The key messages for me are that we have the data, we have the assets and there is a desire and an ability to progress the development ourselves. This was backed up by multiple references from Justin regards building a blue-chip company. That puts Pantheon in a perfect position regards farm-in / sale and I believe Pantheon are making clear that deals will only be considered at the right price.

I've no idea what will happen short-term regards the share price but I will not be selling any shares.

Good luck to all

You cannot compare Shaiken with Theta West.

Shaiken is a massive hill with numerous historic oil seeps, in an area of proven productivity from great quality sands that due to politics hadn't been drilled.

It was as close to a no brainer as there is. The wells flow substantially without long reach multi-fracked horizontals.

I bought GKP at 9p, sold at 12p bought at 9p and sold at 90p. I sold far too soon but still made a very handsome return.

Just had a look through the PPT, talking about GKP, what I would say is this...when GKP made the Shaikan discovery they were savvy in how they could explain the significance of the find and amount of oil, to the layman. For example they would add slides into their Shaikan presentations detailing the size of the field overlayed onto a map of London. Some on here may scoff at such ideas, but part of getting the most out of these finds is to light up the imagination of the general public, which is what GKP did quite well.

So, if anyone does communicate with management, personally I think it's worth mentioning this to them, take a step back from the overly technical stuff, which is obviously important. Advertise the find with comparisons to the worlds other great oil fields and compare the find to the once great oil fields on the North Slope. That kind of savvy marketing is a smart thing to do when you will have majors looking to come in and acquire the asset. A couple of slides would be sufficient as would "dropping" these comparisons into any video interviews.

Hourly chart looking a lot more confident now. The two P signs are 'engulfing bullish' and '3 inside up', both considered 'highly reliable' positive candlestick patterns. The 2 and 4 hourly charts also show the down move running out of steam and on the turn up. Only the daily is still in a downward pattern. Normally, that is 'the governor' but it's not immune to a turn around before completing its move and given what we heard yesterday that could well be the case here.

updated, the move is extending

I think shareholders have to get use to the possibility of a drift in the coming weeks and months. It's not inevitable, but without news flow short termers could well take cash off the table.

Still think this really could come good and mucher higher prices as the story unfolds will be on the cards.

I had a quick skim through the posts on the EME board yesterday - pro predicting yesterdays price action was reminiscent of the share price prior to GKP meteoric rise .Epic fail again

If you study and read about the Prudhoe Bay oil history you will note how it just kept getting bigger and bigger, the initial estimates of it's size and scale were way off.

Regarding the link below which astralvision posted, remember this was back in 2017, in a world where the oil price was much lower than today, energy security wasn't the issue it now is and where the world believed all of the politicians and governments of the world about how the energy transition would be a smooth process. The world needs more oil, much more oil. Virtually all of the worlds giant oil fields are in decline and most are very old, 100 years old or more in some cases.

Excellent stuff ,my takeaway is alkaid is real test for company ,if they can manage to show long term test production with 1000bopd ,it will validate full model .Question about share price ,keeping in view current share price and factors ,even if it's fall little ,it will be for very short term ,fed will not raise interest as market is anticipating (it will be less ) . Russia factor will keep oil price around 90-95 and can spike again once China lockdown suituation get better in 2 weeks .So I don't think share price will impact any hard ,rather it will bounce back heavily in 1-2 weeks .I am confident above 225p in July and 300p in October if result matches the objective set. By company .Not selling single share ,rather will keep adding if any opportunity comes below 130( Less likely ) Always dyor

Close your short, Prolapse.

I foresee a great deal more financial pain for you. Short PANR, long TXP, long EME. Time to ask your local branch manager for an extension to your overdraft, methinks. Oops, hope you haven't borrowed from the Triads or Bratva?!

Thinking down the road a few years. One of the options I haven't seen discussed regarding sale or farm out is a royalty trust. This is a spin-off of either royalty or working interest income into a trust. There's several in US market that have been great long term investments. BPT is Prudhoe Bay, SBR on TX royalties from old Sabine corp. SJT is gas in San Juan basin of NM. They offer great yields and a long term hedge if fields exceed reserve estimates. Just an option to consider. :)

Drop into the 120s eh PRO?Could be possible I suppose but as oil is on the way back up it seems unlikely. You won't be in a position to take advantage though will you, now that you are down 23% in a day on EME.And the best bit is you saying the fall is due.... Wait for it... the fall is due to EME striking oil!!!!! You couldn't make it up. Trying to support the EME price PRO whilst you dump your shares? Class act.
