29/3/2022 08:53 | What we need is a clear statement of what they're going to do now. It was the ambiguity in the last RNS that turned the share price downward in my view, suggesting the possibility that testing was over for this season. | forwood
29/3/2022 08:39 | It’s the statement from cannacord which was the downward turning point . The share price was 140.25 at the time of the release having tested 140 on 7 occasions throughout the morning . It rendered a then sell off . Which has continued. Emotional no. Just dealing in facts . There are just to many failings regarding communication. Webinars put that right but for heavens sake they shouldn’t need webinars to clarify the data and plans . Ambiguity reigns. Is the weather better yes it is . Are we still operational therefore , who knows , are we going back to Theta A. Who knows . All of this creates doubt and misunderstandings. SORT OUT THE PR. | winner66
29/3/2022 08:30 | FifthElementRe Public Relations, I could not agree more - I has been pitiful, in particular the last statement from Cannacord! | ottoman1453
29/3/2022 08:25 | Tragic? Disgusting? No. Emotional investor(s)? Yes, thereby exacerbating share price movements. | probabilityofsuccess
29/3/2022 08:24 | Ive been in PANR for years. You get used to management stating one thing and the market not believing a word of it. Yet, after all these years this is actually the best example of that. Failed to prove SMD or Theta Lower, cement in the core, wasted a season testing the Kaparuk. This share price should be +200p. But likely we are headed sub 100 very soon. Its a great opportunity to top up, but its very tiresome. It will eventually come good, but its outside the tolerance timescale of most small time investors. I will be holding but many will be selling. *SORT YOUR PR OUT, PANR, FOR GOODNESS SAKE* Your own broker negging your results is pitiful! FEI | fifthelementinvesting
29/3/2022 08:23 | At what point does the jam on the jam tomorrow become mouldy and get thrown away? Which is once again at the expense of the shareholders! | bigdazzlerreturns2
29/3/2022 08:14 | No point in opinions re management data. Fact is the market has given a thumbs down. Tragic not least as the PR behind what’s good has caused a 25 percent fall from PM on the day of news last week. Disgusting!!! | winner66
29/3/2022 08:09 | From Conor Maguire PANR Pantheon Resource Plc (PANR) provided a testing update on Theta West last Thursday, with the #1 test well flowing high quality oil, which “likely exceeds” management’s pre-drill resource estimate of 1.2 bn BO for Theta West. The test well flowed high quality oil at rates that averaged over 57 barrels of oil per day (BOPD), with peak rates exceeding 100 BOPD over 2.5 days. Encouragingly, the flow rates meet pre-drill expectations, and the test achieved all three of management’s objectives of confirming oil quality, movability and deliverability at Theta West. While Theta West’s ultimate commercial viability is still to be confirmed by further testing, this is a significant positive for PANR, with an upward revision in resource estimates (and ultimately value) now likely. The next area of focus is proving the deliverability of production wells, starting with the Alkaid #2 well which is estimated for July 2022. If this next phase is successful, it will result in oil production, meaningful PANR becomes revenue generating and which further de-risks the equity. Technical Director Bob Rosenthal perhaps best summarises the current position following this positive update: "We are now on the path to unlocking an enormous basin play". | brian boru
29/3/2022 07:59 | Rabito, the fact that you are quoting management statements as opposed to factual data says a lot. My whole point has been that investors should be guided by data, not management statements. There has not been enough data, so far, to impress me, but I am happy to wait for the webinar to hear more. If I didn’t think we still may have something good I wouldn’t remain invested. There are still a lot of positives to take from this drill season and the share price is up >50%, so there has undoubtedly been success overall. But if either of TW or the SMD had delivered results people here expected then the share price would likely be £2+ as opposed to trying to cling onto £1.20. | johnswan193
29/3/2022 07:58 | Rabito, I can say "Ultimately becoming a millionaire requires lots of hard work and saving money". Does this mean everyone will be a millionaire by working hard and saving money ? When people use "flowery words" it often means they are trying to make roses out of thorns imo. | pro_s2009
29/3/2022 07:47 | Pro2009, as you will know Theta West was always going to be a vertical flow test and will long term production will be through long multi fracced horizontals. So irrrspective of any results you could always claim not commercial if your current position desired. But let's get one thing straight at not point does it NOT COMMERCIAL the comments on commerciality are 'As for all new oilfield discoveries, ultimate commerciality will require long term production testing.' These being completely consistent with the boards previous comments.Crucially, and what you, ngms and John Swan fail to acknowledge is that the flow rates achieved, all be it over a short test, met pre-drill estimates. As per RNS:'initial encouraging oil flow rates''Significantly | rabito79
29/3/2022 07:46 | Pro as they wasn't planning a horizontal drill this season, so they wouldn't have been able to state a commercial discovery regardless what the flow rates so explain your reasoning for claiming that is the reason for the slight pull back in the share price when that wasn't the plan??? Oip tickMoveable oil tickProving the companies geology tickThese where the companies targets and they have all been met so a successful season. | sirmark
29/3/2022 03:48 | see you in the new year. xX | adxwasere
29/3/2022 03:40 | I dont know what the confustion is or people hoping for "commercial" news in the Webinar. The RNS is the official news, it is a legal document. It says clearly........Theta West at the moment is NOT commercial. https://www.investeg ..........As for all new oilfield discoveries, ultimate commerciality will require long term production testing............ Black and White - currently the results from Theta West DO NOT constitue a commercial discovery. Its not commercial. They will need to go back next winter and drill another well, and do a horizontal from that well, and prove commerciality. Until then Theta West is a NON-COMMERCIAL oil discovery. So anybody saying the Webinar will reveal a commercial discovery, no it will not. The official RNS has told everyone that Theta West is not commercial at this time. The management and PR can say "we believe the data proves it will be commercial" if they want......that is an opinon and not legally binding, however, all that matters is what is contained in RNS releases as that is the official line. And so, the share price is falling down currently as people take profits ahead of tax year end and also very likely some more 78p conversions by the Bond Holder in April and May. | pro_s2009
29/3/2022 00:01 | Johnswan193 - Great reply , Have your say below, lol | adxwasere
28/3/2022 23:22 | Swanny: Concerning yourself and ngms I feel like I should subscribe to ADVFN just so I can vote you both down....however it would be impolite to do so and also I am Scottish so I rarely get my wallet out. I really do not understand your constant need to question the fundamental attractions of Pantheon stock and if I had to categorise you both it would need to be one of the following: 1. Marketmaker....but I doubt whether those boys would have the energy or intelligence to post ad nauseam like you do. There would also be the Compliance issues in posting when at the trading desk. 2. Obsessive personal trader.....looking to spook investors when you are short. 3. Employee of a CFD provider.......well that is not beyond the bounds...... 4. Complete moron.....no, neither of you can possibly fall in that category as you weave a reasonable tale...... 5.A sane and rational market player who has substantial market nous (and that is a skill set that most City boys do not possess) and realises that significant annual gains can be had from multiple daily trades providing for 2%/3%/4%/5% each. I think that you are both very intelligent human beings who can critically analyse the pros and cons for investment here and therefore most probably come under category 5. However you may simply be latter day Jonahs who think that you will save us from bad investment choices or simply none of the above as it is very rude to slap people in a box at any time. I just have to continue to ponder on your motives and, frankly, it all remains a bit of a conundrum to me! 28/3/2022 21:12 | @Sandcrab2 "Indignor quandoque bonus dormitat Homerus" Well said totally agree(nobody is infallible) Icebergs on point January 2022 webinar 21 minutes in and beyond explains it really well. Off topic but I really am wondering what is on the menu at site we haven't had an update for a while. | adxwasere
28/3/2022 21:05 | More interesting points by Iceberg on Lse ‘I understand what your saying Seahawk but the company have said that the flow test has proved or exceeded the 1.2bn of recoverable oil, they will have the figures of xx bopd per a xx ft of pay zone. They have these figures for either end of the lbff. They also have a bonus of the slope at talitha. The upper bff is a none reservoir atm. It will be great to test it but atm nothing is valued to it. Because the smd flows all the way to alkaid, the test of the smd adds maybe 100-150 m barrels. In the grand scheme of proving 1200m barrels at either end of a massive oil reservoir it’s small chips. (Although I except it was a major goal of 2021, events since then with the lbff, have superseded this). I am not pretending that everything is perfect but as I say, getting flow rates of bopd per a ft of oil pay at either ends of the biggest oil find in North American this year can only be termed a success. Btw I don’t thing they will test again. I am not sure it’s needed. If they do then brill! As always just my opinion and every investor will have there own view as to how successful a company has been.’ | sandcrab2
