John, i dont hold but have been looking and from what i see this has become rather volatile, i think there are a number of traders taking positions and setting stop losses that have been triggered today.

Well that little pull-back was bought up quickly and looks like this wants to go higher. It was £1.20 before the seller started off loading and since then we've had a terrific trading update and a great acquisition, so hopefully will move above that price at some point. This also has to be a likely takeover target with all that cash sat in the bank.

This is the right kind of size of acquisition for them to be doing , too small to attract competition from private equity so attractive multiple . Hopefully they'll announce the return of some of the cash via tender offer at the next results and continue the strategy of small bolt ons rather than a large transformational acquisition . Good to see management are staying and they want shares in OMG

Was worried about the equity issue but only 1m or under 900k worth of sharesBuying 10x ebit and 2 and a bit x revenue not cheap but not expensive either if they are growing, and earning enhancing

Why is earning interest below inflation a problem? They are not a consumer. That cash pile is earmarked for acquisitions which are likely to be cheaper in current market conditions.
