This is the bit the wider market and city don't seem to understand. They see BTL slowdown headlines and think that's bad for OSB, when in fact the opposite is true.Please understand it:"Our proposition has always been targeted towards the professional landlord, hence these changes have had a positive impact on OSB. Our average market share of new business increased in the first six months of 2017, given our specialism and expertise in lending to limited companies and large portfolio landlords."

Return on equity6 of 28% (1H 2016: 29%) despite higher average capital levels.In other words, they are holding surplus capital that isn't being utilised! They can of course increase the ROE by paying us a special dividend, mmmm, nice problem to have!The market has read OSB all wrong, they are increasing business at very solid margins, I think brokers will have to upgrade price targets from here!

Incredible, this is the second upgrade to forecasts since March!In March they were expecting mid-teens growth, then 3rd May they upgraded to "at least mid-teens" growth.Now today we have "Given the current pipeline we expect to deliver net loan book growth of at least high-teens in 2017, whilst keeping NIM for the full year broadly flat to 2016 and cost to income ratio broadly flat to the first half." This growth is forecast at decent margins too, I've been saying they were doing well for some time, I like what I'm reading....

Continuing to hold OSB - more than double my money in the last couple years on them and its only a matter of time before consolidation in the sector seeing further upside. Trading around 8x - 9x despite consistently superb performance will see OSB taken out at some point soon IMO

Think we will see a nice sharp rise from here, PAG is valued 25% higher than OSB, that 400p level on the horizon.Completely out of kilter with the underlying business here IMHO.

PAG up 4%, it's at a P/E 10.5, whereas OSB is at P/E around 8 and only up 1.6% today.Surely we get up past 400p today, chart has a bowl playing out.
