A company very similar to this is KAT just further on at the sampling stage and targeting nickel. Worth a look guys, I have a small position here holding long term just to add.

The point is whether you pay in cash or shares now, at some point you will need to fundraise and dilute....surly the answer is looking at the economics of both options...

obviously you will want to dilute with a higher share price so perhaps that needs to be the aim

Yep, copper is on fire. The main shareholder is not wanting the acquisition to be paid for in shares. Can see his point, money is cheap so why not at least in part fund by debt? We have the cash to do it too. Either way the BOD should just get it done, a new copper play would go down really well with the market. I bought back yesterday once we knew we weren't going to be delisted and really excited for the next few weeks!

Now no risk of delisting would expect a few to buy back pre a deal being announced, should multibag if they get the copper deal

Main worry of delisting gone away. That's a massive relief. I have bought back in. Time to but. the copper assets in cash. Copper is on fire

Yes and risking a transformational deal for the company and a share price drop.Don't know how that helps any shareholder.

Loads of cash shells on the market without the hassle that this one has with a large shareholder who holds everything up and can't agree to anything.
