08/1/2021 14:52 | Let's hope Tom buys another 32m shares. To save his 500.000,000 shares. | p@
08/1/2021 12:57 | GB-My post was to address willo 's post. | p@
08/1/2021 12:55 | Tom will vote on this. The issue is that the company needs 155m shares to vote. At the AGM, when Tom voted, 123m shares voted in total. So other than Tom just less than 20m shares voted. That won't be enough. | willo
08/1/2021 12:01 | That was in September when valuation was rather different. Isn't this just a battle between the BOD who want to continue with their comfortable salaries by dangling the prospect of a 'transformational deal' in front of investors. To make that happen they need to be able to issue equity. To do that they need the votes at the EGM. To get the votes they need Thomas Anderson to be supportive. So far, the EGM keeps getting postponed. Which suggests TA doesn't yet support the deal or the terms it's being proposed on. However - whereas this was previously an outstanding value play, trading at below net cash, it then quadrupled. So not quite the bargain it once was. End of June 2020 they had 5.6m € in cash. + La Zarza copper/gold + Spanish gold licences But they burn through 0.8m € per year in admin expenses. So down to about 5m € cash now. It's not exactly the same exceptional value at £9.65m mcap as it was at £2.5m. | gb904150
08/1/2021 11:29 | Thomas Anderson has just bought 22% do you think he won't vote? | p@
08/1/2021 10:37 | There is a real chance that this will be delisted. When was the last time you saw an AIM listed micro cap get 33% of its shares voted at an EGM? | willo
07/1/2021 23:07 | What are they expecting from Rio? | jbe81 |
