As Ormonde Irish company, quite likely that this deal with local mining co. hence Need for European clearing.Delay so often occurs in these situations.Definitely a buying opportunity.

Oh dear..yet another delay this time for 7 weeks...sounds like excuses to me...While negotiations, diligence and legal structuring of a potential transaction are well advanced, progress to completion has been slower than hoped for reflecting limitations resulting from the ongoing pandemic. There can be no certainty that a deal will be concluded.

We will see. Unless the chairman is a con man... then all the shareholders will get shafted. The chairman said in his previous RNS that the acquisition will create a significant value for shareholders. Unless you have been shafted by him in the past.....

There is going to be heavy dilution, why do you think the largest share holder is not convinced. 6-8 are the allotment of shares upto the full value of the company and they say it's paramount to the deal. So you tell me why you think it's such a great deal .

There will be no production for years and years unless they leave it like the other assets they have just flogged.

They have 5 m who is giving away this asset that nobody else wants .

If you were in WSBN from the 1p days even better.Most loaded up big time in the 3p range.Right where we are now.ORM is in a better position imo as they have what most juniors don't. Thats CASH, and a shed load of it.We have clearly cherry picked the best project going out of multiple options places on the desk.I see this multibagging many times from here.
