Shareholders have driven the share price down to very low levels. It should recover quickly now the fundraise is out the way and the rainy season over. The move up in the gold price should also help increase interest. Good time to load up at the moment at around the placing price as the risk/reward is very favourable now

I mean they participated in this placing to a bigger extent than past ones and screwed over existing shareholders like me who had continually provided them with cash to survive No loyalty ,disgrace

“take out stock for themselves”?

You mean they’re working for zero salary and taking shares instead, so the company cash is retained for exploration…

I think you’re a bit confused nico115.

Management here is a disgrace Stuff shareholders at higher levels then at multi year lows leave loyal supporters out and take stock for themselves They're a bloody disgrace.

Here is the link to the new interview, as I post I noticed the market size (to buy) is reducing, one suspects a few investors see value at current levels and are buying in.

The multi bag rise to around 2p in February 2021 was generated on takeover activity in Senegal with a number of licences being acquired by majors for $100's of millions.

Barrack have been building ground close to ORR and speculation on Hotcopper suggests that nearby Chesser Resources could be bought out.

One wonders how committed Iamgold (ORR's JV partner) are in country, Barrack have recently acquired a JV from them in location, if Barrack are building their licence ground they would not want a minnow like ORR involved, so ORR's stake is worth MUCH more than the entire market valuation of £3.5m IMO.

Now funded for some time I expect ORR's share price to recover, worth noting that minnow Chesser are still valued at £20m, their ground in Senegal is 5 times smaller than Orioles !

corby i can see 0.095p but not 0.009p that is too low for what is on offer - overhang should be cleared by mid december and may get get some interest then around those prices.

Im calling 0.09p as the new bottom here, watch the buys come in when offered, another 1-2 weeks of offloading then its game on.....there will be quite a few folks on the sidelines waiting for a dip below 0.10p to enter imvho

Observer, apologies, having checked it would indeed appear my recollection was incorrect. Strange how the passage of time can influence ones memories.

There has never ever been a consolidation by Stratex or Oriole end of, check the ORR website if you do not believe, it has every RNS issued by both STI and ORR om it.

Geotrav, I recall the previous incarnation Stratex using this tried and trusted method of reducing the shares in issue when they get out of hand. Although mgt have changed, its quite likely to happen imo, so a risk to bear in mind.

The time is approaching to buy these minnows - many are valued as option money - most have been shorted down by supposed 'friends of the company' - the city works in mysterious ways - placings close naked shorts - upside will come when least expected !

Bo Doodak, have they done a consolidation before? I don’t remember seeing that.

Do you have a date / RNS link to it, would be interested to see what they’ve done previously.

Looks like the worm is turning, IG want a premium for just £4500 of shares currently, earlier this week you could buy £50,000 worth below offer.
