Oh dear, that old trope again…. You’re sounding like a petulant child.

Have you chatted with the directors abut this? There is an email address on their website i believe.

The placing was a right kick in the nads for shareholders yet again but we are where we are...im fairly confident we can hold above 0.10p as the spivs work their magic though and give it a few months we may be back near to 0.14p.The churn could continue for quite a few weeks leading up to the new year period.

Solid buying this morning with just two small tranches added by myself. Won’t take much more before the shorts start closing imo.

The placing was so well telegraphed it allowed significant forward selling, as a result the market was reluctant to offer larger lines of stock on Friday for buyers without a large premium, this suggests a strong bounce is on the cards at some point.

According to the AR of Chesser Resources they paid their executives A$1.7m in FY 2022, at recent exchange rates equates to £800k per annum.

Chesser shares have fallen 75% from a 2 year high to low.

Chesser has no revenue.

According to the CEO of Chesser Resources there will be consolidation of licences in Senegal with Barrack the likely candidate, it appears that Iamgold have already relinquished one JV to them recently.

Oriole has one of the largest licences in location, 5 times the size of £23m valued Chesser, there is speculation on the Hotcopper bulletin board that their share price (28c to 6c) has been subjected to short activity with the aim to lower the company value to make Chesser cheap pickings, evidence is provided.

Even now Chesser is valued nearly 10 times more than Oriole.

Bought 1m during Friday’s sell off and intend to add next week. Shorts here have had their time in the sun and will be competing to close once recovery commences, which will add fuel to the fire imo.

Got to be worth a trade for an easy 30% imho.

The placing number has been carefully selected, they are likely to receive another £400k in April by way of a R&D tax return, this means another raise may not happen until Q3 2023, before the recent raise they had £300k in the bank so now £900k.

If they can get away the sale of the Muratdere royalty for £1m+ they may not need to raise again until this time next year.

From a slam dunk short it looks like ORR are now a decent bet for share price recovery, no short entity would want to have a open position for such a long time.

There are some very angry shareholders of ORR around the bulletin boards and social media at the moment, the last placing was a real kick for holders.

I have posted on this bulletin board for a long time, I cannot recall such negativity towards management on social media, Twitter is particularly damning.

The issue is what could they have done, if they run out of money the company is finished, investors would lose everything. Clearly they could not sell an asset, the only asset that stands out is the Muratdere royalty interest but they are awaiting a EIA, once that is attained it could double the saleable value.

It is also worth noting that their nearest peer in Senegal, Chesser Resources, has fallen from A$28c to A$6c over the last 24 months.

The above said the share price is on its knees, the market cap is only £3.25m, with cash of circa £900k, they have legal claims in Turkey worth £1m and that Muratdere royalty could attain £1.5m with the EIA in place.

I would suggest the floor is in, we will see.

Did you notice how the price went up the last couple of days before this placing? Nasty stuff.

Yet another placing that looks like it has been entirely forward sold, city spivs do what they do best, shafting the PI.

The evidence, a 30% premium being asked for just 16m shares, they have just issued 500m

The stock is probably a buy for a bounce trade.
