They are clearly opening up a massive new gold province in Cameroon and I can see a time when this stock becomes as popular as GGP and SOLGOLD. Great to be in at the ground floor and tomorrow’s 6ix event is perfectly timed for ORR to spread the word.

A 50km gold trend discovery is massive for a junior, surprised market participants have not latched on YET!

Not much stock available at full offer, asking quite a large premium for size.

Predictive discovery took a large land position and grew that through smart geology into a new district - perhaps Oriole are correct when they say they’re trying to do exactly that?
Always a risk, but the early indications are interesting.

There were hints in recent presentations, the CEO also suggested they expect to JV with a major or mid cap in Cameroon.

Exciting times indeed, the share price is on it's knees but not for much longer when this news sinks in.

Look what happened to GGP !

50km gold trend discovery in Central Cameroon - WOW

This could be a company maker, maybe even a world class discovery.

Well poised to move next week ahead of expected news from Cameroon, buyers returning etc.

Might be worth registering for this event where ORR are appearing next week:

If nothing else it should ensure that ORR should reach a wider multi national audience that is focused on the sector.

It's cheap alright down at these levels, price is near a 2 year low, the shares often bounce hard on thin volume.

£6m m/cap with £1.3m cash as of Dec 31st and legal claims in Turkey worth another £1m + a royalty package that could deliver another £1.5m.

Means the huge Senegal gold licence & Cameroon in for next to nothing.

Took 2m over the last 3 sessions, these juniors are starting to rally, it seems there is material news coming in the form of the central Cameroon gold results.

Buying the lows usually pays off, hit .42p last month and .46p in January, a long way from 1.95p this time last year.

A breach of 0.36 would signal an end to the downtrend and it could come soon enough if today's volumes could be sustained for a few days

Marcus Engelbrecht subsequently brought Crusader (quoted on ASX) to London for a brief period before it inevitably delisted - more PI's sacrificed? And particularly the advisors he seemed involved with. I think you're being extremely generous just describing Marcus as "useless"..At that time I met Claire (together with two other shareholders) and Bob Foster, and my recollection is that Claire was notably quiet during our meaningful exchanges with Bob.

They didn’t. They’ve been on the same salary for 4 years.
They did take a REDUCTION in salary in 2020 because of the pandemic.

NEWSFLASH

ORIOLE DIRECTOR RENUMERATION INCREASES 85% - SHARE PRICE IN GUTTER

Surprised there has been no comment over this lifestyle BOD increasing their salaries significantly in the last FY.

They also decided to promote Claire Bay (now on £100,000) who was present during the shareholder revolt and supported the useless Marcus Engelbrecht who was booted out of office, where is he now one asks?

Shareholders who have been diluted and diluted since Livesey joined in 2018 can now bask in the knowledge that this glorious BOD are collectively taking out circa £450,000 pa of your cash compared to previous years circa £235,000 pa.

Has any shareholder value been delivered since they arrived, not on your nelly !

Thanks Jack, the TRR share price is on a tear at the moment with ever growing cash flow, so it could well be interested in buying up the Royalty agreements. Even if just the cash from resolution of the Turkish disputes comes in ORR should have more than enough to fund additional drilling in Cameroon imho, given what is already in the bank.

As I suspected there is a lot more cash to come from the legacy assets which can be used towards further drilling including this bit:
“ Elsewhere in Turkey, we have ongoing court cases for the recovery of US$425k from Anadolu Export Maden Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited irketi ('Anadolu') and US$960k from NTF Insaat Ticaret Ltd Sti ('NTF'), both former joint-venture partners. These debts are fully provided against in the financial statements, but we hold a very strong legal position in both cases and anticipate an eventual successful resolution.

At the Hasançelebi and Do ala gold projects in Turkey, the Company signed an exploration agreement with Turkish private company Bati Toroslar Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticart Ltd. Sti ('Bati Toroslar') in 2019. The agreement provides for the payment of a US$500k success-based fee upon successful definition of a minimum 100,000 oz Au JORC-compliant resource and completion of the EIA. Drilling has been ongoing through 2021 and work towards resource definition is progressing.”

Also note the reference to capitalisation of Royalty payments from other disposals. I expect TRR would be a ready buyer for them and perhaps more will be revealed at the event on March 15th.

The Chairman' statement this morning is IMO a really good and transparent read - and we have a raging gold market - how soon before it plumbs these depths?

RNS today, Annual Results.

Cash as of 31st December £1.35m, somewhat better than expected IMO.

Nothing else worthy of comment, the usual AIM corporate overheads etc.

Here’s to a last minute dilution preventing rescue package then.

If your suspicions are correct happy days if not avg down after next event seems only way to stake it imo

I genuinely hope we get the reprieve as in spite of some bad financial planning from TL the actual geological newsflow has been regular and encouraging.

Thanks Jack, the team I support usually concedes in the first half and often goes on to win in the second half, with goals in the last five minutes now becoming commonplace. I'm betting large on the same happening here, with the raging bull market in gold providing the backcloth.

Thanks Skip,
Hope your theory proves correct but I think the reality will be uglier.

I think your hoping for a last minute goal and although they sometimes occur they usually don’t.

Prepared for the worst but willing to hope you might be correct.

If Tim doesn’t avoid dilution down here that’s a big failure on his part as he’s had 18 months with the legacy assets, didn’t trigger warrant clause, and placed at a low last time when everyone and his dog knew it was coming.

It’s as if he never learns that the market is not stupid.
