Drop is pretty severe and does not look over just yet, one wonders if they are going to raise cash again?

Playing out just as expected, forward selling of the 240m .65p warrants whilst the owners still see a profit, punters cannot get out quick enough.

6 months ago ORR was valued at £3m, recently the valuation propelled to £30m, all on hype assisted by pump and dump, no material news.

This is going sub 1p soon enough, sentiment towards junior exploration companies has turned negative.

Rubbish! Warrant holders are by definition sophisticated investors or HNWI’s and not generally prone to panicking, particularly when news from both Senegal and Cameroon drilling is due by the end of the month, when I expect the share price to be a lot higher.

As the share price slips 0.68p warrant holders will see their paper profit slip away, panic, will exercise & sell into the market.

240m warrants left and that is a very large headwind on the share price, the shares are in free fall accordingly.

If 1.05p does not hold there is no chart support until 0.65p.

Bear in mind that there will be tax considerations for most warrant holders, which will mean that profits might need to be spread over two financial years. I sold enough stock at the top so I could exercise my warrants and I certainly won't be selling any more stock until the new financial year.

If 1.2p support goes the next chart support level is 1.05p

There are 240m 0.65p warrants that will be converted and most get sold/forward sold, without volume in the equity the share price takes a hit as the market cannot take the warrant sales.

AIM is all about timing an entry point, over the last month sentiment has turned against junior exploration stocks.

I would not rule out a drop to the 1p level therefore.

Grimreaper2019 - Last cash raise was to “fully fund” the Cameroon drill programme... read their releases.

And as mentioned, they’ve been getting incoming cash from warrants and still have the option to trigger the forced exercise of remaining warrants if they need more cash.

Why be so negative...?

No need to ponder. The company have subsequently raised a lot more cash from the exercise of warrants at around twice the price of the last fund raising.

Last cash raise was 5 months ago, something to ponder.

Drilling results from Fare expected by the end of the month according to this tweet from Oriole:

Am expecting a strong rebound here in the run up to that.

juju44 on a lighter note when you say, Not looking good, all you need to do is dust of the bottom drawer, the Easterly wind that blew the share price for us over the last two years in the range of 0.2 to 0.5 has gone, a northerly wind blows this year, sit tight, and let things pan out
Have a good day

Nothing about Senegal from Oriole for months and months, the partner Iamgold must be one of the worst going for news releases.

Without news the share price drifts, without news those 0.65p warrant holders cannot sell their millions of shares as volumes decline, over 200m still to be converted.
