1.5 million shares equates to about 15k. Nothing for one director and even less for two directors. This share price will be here or here abouts until the debts are reduced and the business is seen to be improving.

As mentioned before directors bought in last year at 2p, so what do they know.

Dont expect a rise to 2 or 3p based on this. When and if the new debt controls are agrred with the banks, then you might see a rise.

Hopefully they will announce longer term banking arrangements to service their debts. Short term arrangements run until July this year.

New CE & FD in place. Hopefully they're making a big difference.

Chairman & other directors bought shares last year, when share price was around 2p.

Net current liablities of circa £60m says it all. Not much by way of tangible assets on the balance sheet. The saving grace is that banking arrangements in place until July 2003. Comments and opinions please.

Even doomster Jennie8's 1p prediction (post 203) looks conservative now the bid is 0.75p ..... Reality bites - Shareholders have lost more than 90% of any capital invested should they have had the misfortune to be in ORB equity since Feb. 2002.
