Alex, last year the interims were announced on 29/11/01. I expect a similar date this year - though wouldn't be surprised if there is a delay.

I am still waiting for OBS to hit 2p. These might be a punt before their results in ?Jan 2003?. I thought Orbis had a good business and wanted to stay long with these shares but I sold out at the beginning of this year due to share price going below my stop loss target.

Results were poor but we live to fight on. Major factor for share price crash was breach of banking. This is resolved. Will be buying in after to US opens.

Yep agreed banks have given support now. This is what made the company crash 50% so we should see some good movement once dust settles

M25 , you are of course right. The difference is its probably a private investor not an institution..we would have had an RNS re the holding.

I agree its a risky share but have faith in the new guy.

Pictureframe, why do you think someone who bought 1.4 million shares would know any more than anybody else.
It only means they have more money to invest than the average investor.
I remember reading about HSBC buying £300 Million of Thus at £3.00.
You think WOW they must know something to invest that kind of money.
What price Thus now.
Point being they know as much as anyone else.

I am tempted with Orbis but will wait until the finance restructuring is in place and looks sound.

No one is shorting we just thing you go overboard with your comments to try and get back what you have lost on this share. The stock will recover gradually but when the price gains a few pence you will see the nervous people who held on to the share bail out once again.
