In general JJ 99.99% of the market isnt interested. the majority of retail LT holders are fully invested.

tightfist, could be but I would have thought long term holders would keep their shares until details of the SBTX disposal are known. This is only a few weeks away I believe.

At present OPTI has a very weak market. share price could fall to 60p very quickly with virtually no support.
Traders that run this up will now run it down. As ive said many times new LT blood needed to move the stock higher. without new investors share price will drift lower on light selling volume.

rafboy,Too many investors are aware of a forthcoming string of what should be excellent RNS's. Sadly they are probably lined-up as selling-into-strength opportunities by folk who are sat on large profits from earlier days.Maybe we need surprise-news and new money from investors/media who can buy-in to emerging excellent revenue potential. How long will that turnaround in sentiment take?Cheers, tightfist

The floor stand pretty much gave this announcement away weeks ago. Never knew they were growing so fast though. Doubled revenues in the last year hopefully opti can ride on the back of this and quickly get its products established. Exactly what soh meant when he talked about building the infrastructure..

JJ the real problem is not so much the light selling, but the simple fact there is virtually no buyers. Since the ipo buying volume has been abysmal.

would appear the market got wind yesterday. Volume abysmal, Bid falling 67-71 5v1

Bidding under mid once again. looks set to move lower.

Traders will start to exit without decent news.

Power of deduction currypasty. No doubt elrico already knew about the shared stand because he mentioned it in one of his articles in the header. Add vitfood starts today i would be a good bet if odd were available. The clues were there, so stop with the insinuation of insider knowledge.

Yes we have double bubble. Today's news plus the product launch. And the product launch could be a timely reminder of what opti's product capabilities are. For it does seem that the aim market wants to see proof of the pudding !! And here we have a new distribution partner and a new product. And the share is still at the lower end of its trading range.

Let's not forget OPTI are sharing stand H64 at Vitafoods with Nutrilinea so they will no doubt be promoting Cholbiome and Cardiobiome at the show too.

Interesting to see this little phrase tucked in there:
" Nutrilinea provides products to both national and international businesses in Europe and the USA, and is one of Europe's fastest growing providers of food supplements,"
So does this mean that we've got a route to American markets in with this deal? Or am I reading too much into it?

Whl2, most lth's don't expect a huge increase today either, all we look for are the indicators that progress is being made and it clearly is. I gotta laugh at those who think a non exclusive agreement is a bad thing...they really have no idea, or more likely they do have a very good idea and they're running out of ammo to keep the share price down.
