23/12/2016 08:41 | Simply smacks of greed, have they not made enough money on these freebies for the insiders (this is how Reynolds screws people on all his new ramped listings etc)? Lets extend the deadline so hopefully they get even more (and also help manage their capital gains tax liabilities more evenly over time). Sure they would argue less shares suddenly dumped so we do not fall below 60p and trend to 50p. Do not like this type of thing going on, I am a LTH sat on 22p avg price but this makes me wish to reconsider how long I maintain this position now. | diablo26261
23/12/2016 08:34 | if I make mistakes, I lose.. why should they change the rules | currypasty
23/12/2016 08:29 | You convert the warrants into shares and sell the shares at a time when appropriate to the holder.Looks like a mistake was made to convert in 2016 | john henry
23/12/2016 08:19 | Ah yes Elrico, perhaps 2 years from 2014 to execute, and perhaps only 70,000 remainining warrants - were it not for Catch 22. | owenmo
23/12/2016 08:07 | According to the Rns this is in the interest of shareholders! Yeah right they mean the warrant holders. | nashwan123
23/12/2016 07:59 | A bit too clever by half? What will the market make of it? All previous RNSs this year were market neutral, give or take; how about the final one, as a Christmas present to lt shareholders? A disappointing end to what promised, from the very beginning, to be an exciting year of layered development, I'd say. | owenmo
23/12/2016 07:58 | Looks like the warrants should have been exercised in 2016. Will be up to the company wether they allow an extension.Doesn't make a great deal of difference. When listening to the TW interview there was only TW and AR who hadn't yet exercised their warrants. | john henry
23/12/2016 07:58 | If you go back to the AR/TW podcast AR mentions there are a small amount of warrants outstanding, TWs and AR to name 2. Off the top of my head, I think AR said there are c70,000 still outstanding. | elrico
23/12/2016 07:43 | This is what I hate about aim companies | judijudi
23/12/2016 07:40 | Haven't tracked back for the granting details but any extension of 6 years on warrants, especially with a director holding them, to me sounds iffy. It's a bit convenient if you can just move the goalposts when things aren't looking as rosy as you thought they were going to be. Yes that does sound illogical someuwin. Good day to make the announcement though. | paleje
23/12/2016 07:23 | Thanks, yes I do appreciate what they want to do but I just wondered why. As you say it would be interesting to know the warrant price. | rafboy
23/12/2016 07:15 | dont know the price of warrants but looks plain and simple giving them longer to exercise them and pay for the new shares. Reynolds. and or others dont want to pay just now. | meganxmas
23/12/2016 07:11 | What is behind this morning's RNS? Any views. | rafboy
22/12/2016 23:49 | Good move, someuwin. You've been patient enough with him up to now. ATB | luminoso
22/12/2016 16:32 | mazzstar - Moral - It is better to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool, then to open it and remove all doubt! | asterix96
22/12/2016 14:31 | Mazzstar maybe you should do some reading as your comments make you look like a fool. A thick fool. Please do us a favour and do one. | primal123
22/12/2016 14:21 | mazz : they've "entered into a joint development agreement" - why on earth would that involve an upfront payment? I agree something stinks, but suspect it's you! | bayetya
22/12/2016 13:40 | You must be showing a profit Best selling if your so unhappy | judijudi
22/12/2016 13:39 | What I do not understand is why the Indian MN did not offer an upfront payment if they were going ahead with the deal? These companies are not committing with cash, why is that? It's all paper promises and 'if successful' clauses. Something stinks. | mazzstar
22/12/2016 13:19 | Primal I get the impression that another contract is very close. Im just hoping there's a little more beef with the gravy this time or we may just see the same market reaction to the last RNS which to be honest went down like a lead ballon | john henry
22/12/2016 12:38 | Correct, and I have added this morning. | diamond fibre
22/12/2016 11:03 | Thanks John, it has been poor performance regarding share price and those selling will get caught out when the first deal is announced. | primal123 |
