Simply smacks of greed, have they not made enough money on these freebies for the insiders (this is how Reynolds screws people on all his new ramped listings etc)?

Lets extend the deadline so hopefully they get even more (and also help manage their capital gains tax liabilities more evenly over time).

Sure they would argue less shares suddenly dumped so we do not fall below 60p and trend to 50p.

Do not like this type of thing going on, I am a LTH sat on 22p avg price but this makes me wish to reconsider how long I maintain this position now.

You convert the warrants into shares and sell the shares at a time when appropriate to the holder.Looks like a mistake was made to convert in 2016

Ah yes Elrico, perhaps 2 years from 2014 to execute, and perhaps only 70,000 remainining warrants - were it not for Catch 22.

According to the Rns this is in the interest of shareholders! Yeah right they mean the warrant holders.

A bit too clever by half? What will the market make of it? All previous RNSs this year were market neutral, give or take; how about the final one, as a Christmas present to lt shareholders? A disappointing end to what promised, from the very beginning, to be an exciting year of layered development, I'd say.

Looks like the warrants should have been exercised in 2016. Will be up to the company wether they allow an extension.Doesn't make a great deal of difference. When listening to the TW interview there was only TW and AR who hadn't yet exercised their warrants.

If you go back to the AR/TW podcast AR mentions there are a small amount of warrants outstanding, TWs and AR to name 2. Off the top of my head, I think AR said there are c70,000 still outstanding.

Haven't tracked back for the granting details but any extension of 6 years on warrants, especially with a director holding them, to me sounds iffy. It's a bit convenient if you can just move the goalposts when things aren't looking as rosy as you thought they were going to be.

Yes that does sound illogical someuwin.

Good day to make the announcement though.

Thanks, yes I do appreciate what they want to do but I just wondered why. As you say it would be interesting to know the warrant price.

dont know the price of warrants but looks plain and simple giving them longer to exercise them and pay for the new shares. Reynolds. and or others dont want to pay just now.

mazz : they've "entered into a joint development agreement" - why on earth would that involve an upfront payment?
I agree something stinks, but suspect it's you!

What I do not understand is why the Indian MN did not offer an upfront payment if they were going ahead with the deal? These companies are not committing with cash, why is that? It's all paper promises and 'if successful' clauses. Something stinks.

Primal I get the impression that another contract is very close. Im just hoping there's a little more beef with the gravy this time or we may just see the same market reaction to the last RNS which to be honest went down like a lead ballon

Thanks John, it has been poor performance regarding share price and those selling will get caught out when the first deal is announced.
