My only concern is that companies generally may be exploiting the new accounting rules, and recognising just about anything as revenue despite not receiving the actual cash money. What sort of impairments are anticipated this year ?

Well lets be fair. Maybe the CEO will dispose of some more stock like in June declaration, and finance it him/her-self?

That would be a massive vote of confidence actually

Are u saying manc, that they want to control you too?

They must be getting a bit bothered! I would be too, especially if there’s a cash call on the way. They can’t surely raid sbtx...that would be like killing two birds with one stone?!

The end is nigh

Now its not to say they cant succeed. But market sees operating cashflow and Free cashflow, at record disaster levels in its history

It normally signals a cash call

And i cant decide - do they generate cash though selling its only viable asset? (SBTX). Or, will the funds demand that stays in place for their security, and go to a new dilution?

By my calculation since 2016, and if we take into account, 2020 performance to date, of circa -11.7%,

we are looking at a net return of -27.6% , for nearly a five year investment

So, i do understand transitions and such, but after countless RNS's of hope, and price, effectively going nowhere for years, or an average, down for years....

Do the gummy's need a new flavour?

rayrac - The sales figures you guessed 1) exclude all retail stores, 2) wrongly base annual sales on one of the quietest months of the year & 3) use stats for just one Slimbiome flavour, even though H&B lists three online. So we can safely say you're deliberately - & significantly - understating turnover. By exactly how much is pointless trying to judge given all the variables. Anyhow, you carry on thinking what you like. It'll all become clearer before too long. At which point you'll no doubt go rather quiet & give us all a rest.

so you say 51k are you mad so 120k sold in january alone at say 2.50 conservative is 310k if opti did no more sales from jan lol

4) Any retailer's calls to action - including alleged sales within the past 48 hours - are only as good as the data. And only the retailer knows this data. So they could be overstating things. All told, this makes any attempt at estimating annual sales pointless, as there are simply too many unknowns.

Ah! Too many unknowns. That hits the right button! So they could be overstating things? Well that would make the situation even worse!

Help!
