18/8/2020 14:19 | manc10 - First of all, I owe you an apology. My pop up blocker meant I couldn't view H&B's sales messages yesterday. Using a different browser sorted it. That said, their messages all refer to sales over 48 hours, not 24. So I've no idea how you're getting DAILY figures??? As mentioned previously, the figures refer to online sales only. So they actually UNDERstate H&B's total sales and aren't really that useful as a result. One final "health warning". H&B could be making them up, though I'm not saying they are. Whatever, it certainly wouldn't be the first time a retailer used inaccurate/out-of-da | lord loads of lolly

18/8/2020 09:31 | 1. Oats Oats are a fantastic part of any fat loss focused diet. Low-fat and low calorie, oats are also ‘low GI’ meaning they are digested slowly and therefore do not cause rapid glucose spikes like many typical breakfast cereals. The combination of high energy digestive cost, stable blood sugar levels and sustained release of energy result in improved fat loss over time, which might explain why oats have secured their prized place in so many effective weight-loss diets. Why! That’s what Opti claims for its weight loss pots...now ain’t that a coincidence? | rayrac
