29/7/2018 15:58 | Didn't opti hit 1pound in Nov 2015 so why didn't the said journalist say top slice then . instead of waiting another 3 years | manc10
29/7/2018 15:14 | Very well put Elrico! | parob
29/7/2018 14:58 | More ramping. Probably organised. Why not let the share price grow as the company sales grow? | monkeywench1
29/7/2018 14:57 | Two things; (1) anyone who'd respond or make reference to the said sad person - repeated requests to ignore falling on deaf ears - --should be sent to Coventry temporarily (filtered); (2) like Suzy, whereas the filter functions in the refined background arena, all of said sad persons nonsense hits the main platform ad nauseas. Any solutions? Suppose he's laughing all the while; it's what you do when silly things amuse you, apparently. Shtum (or Schtum as y you might prefer). | owenmo
29/7/2018 14:45 | I did not sub for the article by Elric either but I totally respect his right to do this. I go further and wish him all the best with his endeavours. I only hold 3 shares, OPTI, SBTX and VRS. I feel I am well researched in all 3 and I am probably at the limit of my holdings in each. Of course I will read Elric’s transcript which I am sure I will learn something from. The fact that others have seen the content before me is fine as they have chosen to subscribe and I have not. We all make choices in life and we should respect those. Elric is not breaking the law nor has he forced anyone to contribute so I cannot see a problem with what he is doing. | rafboy
29/7/2018 14:26 | Are we still ramping? Surely investors will get bored of the same old repetitive ramps? | monkeywench1

29/7/2018 14:16 | ignore the person involved | tony773
29/7/2018 14:14 | A certain person who I am sure can be guessed has made over 3200 posts all involving the word ramp ramper or ramping. What does this person do all day .... its SO boring. Please stop. Ive tried filtering but it still comes through on the main OPTI board site! aah aah ! | suzypink
29/7/2018 13:29 | Lots of ramping for a Sunday. | monkeywench1
29/7/2018 13:25 | M4rtinu Not sure what you mean by heroic but it was a reasoned stab I thought. One things for sure seed are attracting attention with many requests for shipping outside the US. S | shrewdmole
29/7/2018 12:47 | Shrewd - # 32. I do think those estimates are heroic! However, I wouldn't have a clue, so brave of you to have a stab. # 33. And to be pedantic, she (DM journo) is mixing metaphors as Minnows are fish so wouldn't be in any fields :) Elric - I don't think you have to justify yourself. As it happens, I didn't sub for the article, but I think you have the right to "charge" for early access. All - if OPTI settles around 95p while awaiting news of deals, I'm happy. MU. | m4rtinu
29/7/2018 12:41 | Ref Midas article. All publicity is good, just on this occasion the MM's may make hay and use it to seek stops. The article is just as superficial as all tabloid tips, they just don't have the space. What Joanne is seeking to do is offer what is sound advice and top-slice, bank some gains and reduce risk. However, on this occasion it flies in the face of SOH advice, warning he clearly wanted to emphasize. He was perfectly clear in suggesting top-slicing has its place, but warned investors they will miss out on any divi and now was not the best time to take profits. A clear warning that news could fall any time and investors are best having more exposure to this than not. Its been a month sInce the last commercial RNS. | elrico
29/7/2018 12:34 | Someuwin - 38627 I assume it is a second dig at me, you found little sympathy for the first, and you emphasize your did with a "white-lie!" Not every communication has a request to share, as you indicate; yes, one could imply this as a wish, I guess! The bigger issue for me is you imply I'm withholding information for "to maximize my personal gain." If I have misread your comments, I expect you to say so, in which case I will, unlike you, offer a public apology. I'm already maxed out and no readily available cash, so their is nothing to gain by me holding back anything, and in any event, I am not so corrupt as to employ such an abhorrent tactic. Allow me to explain the process I'm going through for the benefit of all existing shareholders, and not for as you imply, to maximize my personal benefit. Perhaps you can explain how I would? Firstly, donors were given asses to the interview first as a gesture of gratitude for their support of what I have been doing. It turns out a number of donors are not OPTI PI's, so make of that what you will. Secondly, the transcript is being "held back" not in order to encourage more donors, but to maximize the audience for the interview transcript. While accept the readership of the blog is gaining each week, it is not huge, 12000 in two months, most of which will be OPTI PI's, so the audience is a smaller pool. The agreed plan as confirmed by VOX MARKETS content manager, Simon Edmunds, is to publish the transcript version of the interview, starting Tuesday afternoon. Given the length and detail within the interview, something I am proud of, because other interviews have never ventured as far as I have, or been given the time I had been afforded. As for the wider benefit to existing PI's, using VOX MARKETS (regardless of you opinion of them) they offer a much wider audience, thus potentially new PI's. I believe there email push, and social media has an audience of c20,000; I guess many of which would not be familiar with OPTI. VOX MARKETS have already published two of my OPTI articles, as well as one for SBTX. As part of this process, the transcript will feature specific research material pertinent to specific to OPTI's technology platforms featured in the interview to assist potential new PIS's in the understanding OPTI. Have you ever attempted to transcribe an hour long phone call? This is quite an undertaking. If you have any concerns, you have my email address, you know I'm approachable,so why not do so? | elrico
29/7/2018 12:24 | Yes very poor .. and to think she gets paid for that | onedayrodders
29/7/2018 12:09 | Interesting article in the Sunday Times re keytones and nootropics; I wonder if it's an area that OPTI may look at in the future. | nimrod22
29/7/2018 11:49 | One thing that really does irk about the Mail article is her calling Opti a minnow in the field when soh has clearly stated that from discussions with global partners Opti are at the forefront of the modulation of microbiomes. The 2 dont quite tie in!! S | shrewdmole
29/7/2018 10:42 | Opti shareholders will take advice from a fonancial journalist - that would see them dilute their pot - at their peril. To do so at this point in time, arguably, is to forego significant future profit. I haven't bothered to engage with Daily Mail; is part of the agenda to draw readers' attention to Opti potential as an addition to one's portfolio? Now that would seem to make sense given recent momentum and awareness. A journalist would hardly write up a piece unless indicators were positive (other than in a "sell" warning downplay) | owenmo
29/7/2018 09:54 | The non-mobile link for the article referenced above: As said, not a lot of detail, but good to be advertised. | m4rtinu
29/7/2018 09:43 | More ramping. | monkeywench1
29/7/2018 09:40 | "He is an open book as long as it isn't market sensitive or against an nda but he will happily answer questions and give interview updates to expand on progress or an Rns." Yes - SOH is always willing to take time out from his busy schedule to explain the OPTI business to shareholders (and potential shareholders). Many times he has responded to my questions, and always says please share this info. That's why I think it totally wrong for any one investor to withhold information SOH has given freely in order to maximise their own personal gain. | someuwin
29/7/2018 09:24 | Humphries It is indeed a very well researched board and without taking anything away from Elrico as his work is invaluable I think it is worth noting that one of the resins we as pi are kept in the loop so well is soh respect for the pi. He is a large holder himself as is his family and friends and further evidence of that is his iron fist when it comes to corporate overhead costs. He is an open book as long as it isn't market sensitive or against an nda but he will happily answer questions and give interview updates to expand on progress or an Rns. His recent bullishness is almost uncharacteristic and that's why I hold great confidence in what's coming in the next few weeks and months. Remember he can't tell us everything but you can read a lot from a mans demeanour. Let's not also forget that at least 1 MM has been bidding very aggressively for a while and hasn't finished so there are certain parties far wealthier that is that are very happy to be buying in the 90-100p region. There's no doubt in my mind the science is derisked, opti is a major leader in this space (not a small player as Midas suggest)and the commercial footprint is growing very quickly. With top class management and world class partners does anyone really want to sell at this moment? Shrewdie | shrewdmole |
