Downloaded OK to my iPad. Have to say the sound quality was not great, especially SOH's voice. However, if others are hearing it Ok it must be my iPad, so I'll try listening through headphones. Anythow, thanks again, Elric.

I simply opened the email and downloaded the attachment, then played it.

BernieBoy, not received the results yet. I had them through the post 4 days after dropping them off at the lab last time, so expected the same this time.
Maybe the G.P. is on leave.
If I don't receive anything by this weekend I will chase it up and share the results here.

Lols ... Wasn't that big to begin with but when was using it fully was losing about 3 to 4lbs a week. Now it keeps me constant and lets me drink n scoff to my heart's content as long as do some sensible exercise. Was just over 12st 7lbs now about 11 stone 4lbs. Have been for over a year. Honestly enjoy the stuff for breakfast.
