I don't think anyone that ticks boxes a and b will have finished buying personally.

I certainly haven't and I know a couple of others that haven't either.

We are well below the high from a couple of years ago and so so much further down the commercial route.

Well done on the tr1 though!

Didn't mean to make anybody cringe sir. I could have been mistaken for a clown called Kevin though lol. Not sure one can ever say they have finished buying if they have a. the cash and b. see the opportunity/value. You'll understand I'd rather not personalise that response

Entrance criteria was waived for Spotify. Very flexible and understanding Market, particularly when there is a large investor 'pull'

Hasn't it gone quiet here. Trak under 80p and Opti 85p. So much for that cold winter chill. Moral of the story, be careful what you wish for, what goes around comes around.

So $11m is target approx £8m I think that's doable in next 12-24 months so by the time you've got a couple of big US deals done and then product intergratiin that's about right for a Nasdaq listing in 2021?

My gut feeling is optimwont exist in its current form by then.

Sbtx could be taken out and sweetbiotix easily.

The sugars would be a bun fight to take control of that by the big globals.

To be listed on Nasdaq you'd have to fit one of these 4 criteria and as you can see by the below OPTI would have to be already in a very good place if it was ever ready to get on Nasdaq.
"Standard No. 1: Earnings
The company must have aggregate pre-tax earnings in the prior three years of at least $11 million, in the prior two years at least $2.2 million, and no single year in the prior three years can have a net loss.
Standard No. 2: Capitalization with Cash Flow
The company must have a minimum aggregate cash flow of at least $27.5 million for the past three fiscal years, with no negative cash flow in any of those three years. In addition, its average market capitalization over the prior 12 months must be at least $550 million, and revenues in the previous fiscal year must be $110 million, minimum.
Standard No. 3: Capitalization with Revenue
Companies can be removed from the cash flow requirement of the second standard if its average market capitalization over the past 12 months is at least $850 million and revenues over the prior fiscal year are at least $90 million.
Standard No. 4: Assets with Equity
Companies can eliminate the cash flow and revenue requirements, and decrease its marketing capitalization requirements to $160 million if their total assets total at least $80 million and their stockholders' equity is at least $55 million."

Nasdaq listing would surely turbocharge the share price as the US values biotech stocks really highly!

Interesting in that interview in the look ahead. If the pharma route gets the go ahead in the US he mentioned they may look at a Nasdaq listing...That's very interesting. So much to look forward to, this is just the beginning

lol, can't see what the dog Monkey is barking on about as he's filtered, but damn he's persistent today. Clearly very worried the share price is rising. Can't be good news for his syndicate.
