15/7/2018 12:18 | Why, what's so special about Monday, Nobby. ;) | elrico
15/7/2018 06:53 | I completely agree. Now I have given up work and trade the market, I can't wait for Monday morning. At the weekend I am bereft 😜.... | nobbygnome
14/7/2018 23:43 | Let's hope that you are right belgrano2. What's really sad, is that I'm looking forward to Monday the way that most working people look forward to Fridays!! John | 2350220
14/7/2018 14:32 | Funny how after recent news and price move a lot of friends and family that I've mentioned Opti too over the last couple of years are asking is now the right time. My response has just been good luck trying to buy any. Funny how the tide turns so fast. S | shrewdmole
14/7/2018 12:34 | zedder many thanks fantastic !!! | parsons4
14/7/2018 08:23 | John - the price went up to 76p right at the end of trading. 0.5 tick up at the end. | primal123
14/7/2018 07:33 | Just a late reported UT trade at 76p but no tick up | imnotlong
14/7/2018 07:26 | John - me neither. | m4rtinu
13/7/2018 22:33 | Sorry, I don't see what folk are talking about: tick up at the end of the day. Here on ADVFN, in my Spreadex account and in my Hargreaves ISAs, I don't see any 'tick up' at the EoD. Wish there was though, Quite happy with the price action over the past week, all the same. John | 2350220
13/7/2018 22:23 | Nick - same for me. However, my initial 5 years view has become like 8-10, not because I think progress is that slow, its more to do with my view this will be about the time OPTIs market starts to mature and the serious fund managers will view OPTI as a must have in their bioscience portfolio. There is minimal risks across all 4/platforms, just MMs games and general global shenanigans. | elrico
13/7/2018 20:24 | started investing in this 3 years ago with 5 year view. No nasty surprises on the way, so 2 years left to run, and so far as I can see the future is gonna be ok :)! GLA holders :) | nicktopten
13/7/2018 19:55 | I think there are more worked buys in the pipeline for next week.. what seem evident is the price for each will be higher than the last as MM's struggle to get the stock at each incremental level. I'm Certain we will break into the 80s next week, news or not | trotterstrading
13/7/2018 19:52 | You're right it doesn't matter a jot, the end result will be the same, it's just the time taken to get there! It's just crazy to think that on AIM BUYERS and sellers can cause the price to DROP/stagnate as MMs control the market (via price action and limits) | trotterstrading
13/7/2018 19:41 | Yeah your right , I'm in for the long haul anyway, so doesn't really matter!! | robo28
13/7/2018 19:37 | Guys lets focus on the positives. We know there's a big buyer or buyers trying to load up so we finally have the demand we've been craving. Tr1 - over 3% Director buying in open market Plenty more news due and loose holders predominantly out. Almost there so like I say let's focus on the positive. S | shrewdmole
13/7/2018 19:28 | robo28Focus on what you can control not on what you can't. This is the game, it is what it is. | toyin
13/7/2018 19:21 | The Australian market is automated, done on buys and sells, it's terrible that they manipulate the market here affecting people's money and lives, should be illegal, knowingly dropping the price so much newbies loose money panic and sell, its tantamount to theft! | robo28
13/7/2018 19:10 | Lol. Unfortunately not. | toyin
13/7/2018 19:09 | Does it describe how to execute an MM? That would indeed make me feel much better!! | zedder
13/7/2018 19:03 | Nobbygnome I understand your frustration but in the grand scheme of things it doesn't make any difference if you are investing. I recommend you read "The Art of Execution" it will calm your nerves and give you a different view. Then the MM's will be irrelevant to you.All the best | toyin
13/7/2018 18:35 | I think it is absolutely disgraceful the way MMs muck about. If they just put the price up when people bought and down when people sold everything would be simple. But they don't and cause problems for everyone. As a PI it is the most frustrating part of investing that the price often doesn't do what it should because of MM positions. Ultimately MMs are a disgrace in the way they act IMHO. Nobby | nobbygnome
13/7/2018 18:23 | Malc - There's more to MM gamesmanship that that article I wrote 9 years ago, much more, but found little interest in expanding on it. It's mad really, because MM game have a huge impact on the psychology of PI's any yet they don't seem to be aware this is so. | elrico
13/7/2018 17:53 | Guys I've seen Elrico piece on mm antics but I still don't get it. Have to do more reading. Great call trotters | malreid |
