Belgrano - Probi is valued on 20x earnings and with much higher PLC costs due to their manufacturing facilities, etc, therefore its reasonable, if not prudent to maintain a similar benchmark. I use 10x to be ultra conservative - in reality, the multiple will most likely be somewhere near 25/30....just not yet, we are perhaps 3 or 4 years away from such a multiple.

IMHO the number £10m> SOH is using are for existing deals, and not any of the 3 larger retailers and or the 2 SweetBiotix deals, yet to be concluded. The UK retail deals are worth £5-6m pa each, SweetBiotix deal with the $10bl corp would dwarf the retail figures and the $100bl corp would probably dwarf the combined group of revenues once fully implemented. Something to think about.

Finncap need to step up now. They will be aware of the numbers SOH has mentioned so often. If they had the gumption, they could easily offer a conservative target, revise each period, this would relieve some of the pressure from SOH, and of course, reduce the fear of a profit warning, hence why SOH refuses to stick a finger in the air via an RNS. It would only take one of the larger partners to be come uncoupled from the schedule, much like PharmaBiota, which could result in a 20% slip in guidance, which would result in a profit warning and all at not fault of OPTI. And you know what they say about profit warnings.
