john henry, I just take your posts as you telling folks your honest experience.
I don't see why you should come in for criticism for that.

We've got to be prepared for the fact that, as good as the products are, they won't have 100% same effects on everyone.
I think that it's good that you've brought it to SoH's attention.

A positive is that it has brought LP-LDL to the attention of the Health Centre i use.

GPs are pretty much totally unaware of LP-LDL.

So no im not trying to put any negative spin, everyones different and reacts differently to medication, it hasnt helped me but hopefully it will help 1000s of other people.

Elrico and co my cholesterol levels have risen over recent years. The males in my family have a condition where our bodies naturally do not deal with fats very well. My doctor did tell me the condition, I actually had an email correspondance with Stephen O Hara about the condition..I spoke with my Doctor about some form of control. i spoke about LP-LDL has my Cholesterol levels were not at a level requiring Statins.

I have a very healthy diet including most foods that help Ch levels fish Walnuts avocado, natural Oats etc GYM 6-8 hrs a week. So very healthy.

My worry was if for some reason my lifestyle ever changes ie fitness levels my CH levels would raise. Maybe i was worrying to much ??????

I was trying to get my reading down to 3.8 which was a reading i had 15 years ago.

According to my doctor 5.6 is right @ the upper end of acceptable levels.

Look at it this way RAF, Neil may have been waiting for a large deal to get to the end stages before piling in! Maybe we’ll get confirmation of this next week! In my view this is perfect news and provides huge confidence as he will clearly have much more of a view on the numbers. Good news to wake up to after last night’s pain.

That's why investors will pile in once the price rallies through the neckline at 75p.There is a place for both TA and fundamentals and I like to consider both.Let's see what happens over the next couple of weeks.
