Parob, The companies are given a time limit to action their side of the bargain with Opti. This means there won't be time wasters amongst the companies that use Opti's products. It's another way Opti can change to another company if the first aren't taking action within the time limit. The structure of their business plan is great. Up, up and away.

They own a stake in spin off skin biotherapeutics which is developing microbiome modulation a for skin creams.

Final human studies q3.

Nobody knows which one is next but they are talking to a mental health biome company.

I'm biased admittedly but this is a company that I believe can change life as we know it and not just from financial gains it also feels like a real ethical investment.

Opti have developed the technology and the expertise to isolate individual microbiomes and identify which ones reduce cholesterol, blood pressure and reduce hunger. They have also isolated one which is a sweet fibre that tastes similar to sweeteners that is a calorie free naturally occurring gut bacteria.

They license the ip then take on partners that pay all or some of up front fees, royalties and profit shares.

Current partners include some major players.

You need to do some dd on akums, Tata, seed health, Sacco, cereal ingredients incorporated etc etc

Optis monthly running costs will stay pretty table as all manufacturing, production is done by partners.

This is the tip of the iceberg and dare I say it your timing is impeccable.

Many here have been here 3-4 years as deal after deal has been struck.

What's changed you may ask?

1. Opti are world leaders and the microbiome is now mainstream.
2. Products and research have been winning awards.
3. Lpldl is being hunted for pharma accreditation (at partners costs)
4. Basic increase in traction

One thing I missed above is Opti can in theory take 3 lots of income from one product. The ingredient sale, the manufacture and point of sale.

Oh yea and they only give each partner a license for one territory.

The key to some of your own dd is definitely read the last 8/9 Rns and do dd on the calibre of the partners.

Mainly world leaders in nutritional ingredient supply or pharma production.

2. Great BoD
3. Great IP
4. Get other companies to make stuff and pay You for the privilege
5. Very undervalued
6. Everyone needs their products
7. Potentially could save the NHS millions
8. Potential to help millions of people lower the chance of getting diabetes
9. Potential to help millions of folk reverse obesity
10. Help to reduce people's reliance on Statins
11. Tie ups with loads of companies, and loads more knocking at their door
12. I'm Almost in profit
13. Loads more, but my typing finger is getting tired!!

Yeah I got in late 50's just a few months ago , did some research with my limited knowledge, and week after week good news started flowing , making me feel like warren Buffet lol. I took a big gamble and family and close friends thought I was mad! this one could be a game changer for me, maybe hang up the trowel lol
