Lols ... The go figure products do result in that for a few days but then that disappears. Your gut has to adapt to the new diet just like any other diet change. The literature states that this may be the case. The new shake formulation is great and has eliminated the lumps.

Martin - I think people like me reported additional windies within the first few days. I believe this is normal as the bacteria takes effect. Normal service resumed or improved, depending on your situation at the time.

Aspex - from memory I believe some have posted about similar side effects re using OPTI products. Apologies if wrong, but some user post results of effects on cholesterol etc here.

PS: Could it just be down to extra fibre in diet?

A Slimbiome competitor(?) said to reduce hunger and marketed in New Zealand is derived from the hop plant but although considered safe has side effects of loose bowel movements in some cases. Obviously these types of product will appear from time to time

Don't know if it's of any significance, but just looking at the Volume chart above, it looks like we've had £5 million changing hands, in the last week of June.
More than any other period.
Maybe I'm being too biased, but it suggests to me that Opti are getting more exposure.

Yesterday my wife was reading a nice little article about
'Looking after your gut bacteria'
in Good Housekeeping magazine.
Lots of mention of prebiotic & probiotic foods, but alas no mention of our beloved Opti, or their products.
They did talk about the impact microbiome can have on our wellbeing, including weight loss and our mood etc.

Just got back from the beach. Well chuffed with the directorship for Dr Kolyda. She is worth her weight in gold and deserves the promotion. To me it was like Spurs extending Harry Kane and Dele Alli's contracts. Look after the great team already in place.

The 'all resolutions duly passed' statement usually follows the meeting actually taking place.AGM's are typically not particularly exciting.

I suspect the share price indicates a somewhat underwhelming AGM. With no announcement of the AGM statement this morning it was never going to be anything else. Lots of optimistic noises no doubt.
