31/10/2017 12:24 | Chris, It was me who gave you the link to the Abstract. Anyone who can assure themselves that they have the credentials to decipher this type of information would have been able to work out the statistical significance that it showed. I note you mentioned nothing of the credentials of those who conducted the trials....but instead highlighted the insignificance of the study being of 49 subjects instead of 50. Sums you up really Rayrac - Will fail to register with you but Optibiotix are targeting the health and nutritional markets which actually require no scientific studies whatsoever. The business has been shaped round the emerging microbiome. The probiotic industry is a £40bn industry filled with products that have questionable science. The market is without doubt moving towards scientifically backed products driven by recent breakthroughs in this space and a better educated consumer. | ![]() riskybusiness1
31/10/2017 12:16 | RNS dated 29 Sep 2015. "The terms of the option agreement are bound by confidentiality and no further details on the agreement or human studies can be disclosed at this time." Might be why the full trial results are not in the public domain. If it were my company, I probably wouldn't release them either, if I thought the information would be advantageous to the competition. | ![]() hashertu
31/10/2017 11:56 | Martin, OPTI is not just about weight management, it is much more diverse than that. There much better posters than me that can explain better. | slartybartfaster
31/10/2017 11:14 | Parob - Also read this. Granted, it's not the most positive news for TATA etc but in ways it highlights the issues they have and how OPTI can potentially help with Sweetbiotix. -- | ![]() loungeact
31/10/2017 11:11 | OMG! Someone should warn TATA and SACCO etc!! lol | ![]() loungeact
31/10/2017 11:09 | Another reason why the world needs SweetBiotix: 31/10/17 Rotten state of children's teeth in England exposed in hospital data Last year there were 34,205 cases of under-10s receiving hospital treatment for tooth decay, twice as many as for broken arm | ![]() parob

31/10/2017 11:01 | No hope with that idea loungeact! It’s not available, just a summary. Trials? What trials? It should be made to go through phase 1-2-3 trials . But as it doesn’t have to, then it’s open doors. | ![]() rayrac
31/10/2017 10:52 | Loungeact.. Just a question. Have you formulated all your opinions and invested heavily in this share without reading the trial? I am just interested referencing your previous comments on research | ![]() chrisg11
31/10/2017 10:48 | You should email SOH. Tell him you need more than the summary so you can fully analyse the results of the study. | ![]() loungeact

31/10/2017 10:43 | Thanks for your kind comments loungeact but as far as I can see that page is just a summary and not the full trial write up with detailed results. I apologise for being thick but that is genetic and out of my control. | ![]() chrisg11
31/10/2017 10:40 | Maybe attempt the research before you invest. Theres an idea. | ![]() loungeact
31/10/2017 10:39 | Hi Chrisg11 - Seeing as you're a bit thick and stupid, I'll help you out a bit. You say you're invested in Optibiotix..but can't seem to figure out where to find the results of a trial? Here is a CRAZY idea!! Go to the Opti website and click on the RNS & Investor news link..and dig out the RNS!!!! Rocket science, I know. You've been wanting these results for some time yet haven't figured out how to search for them. LOL, clearly a smart character who's opinion will count for a lot on this board. | ![]() loungeact
31/10/2017 10:35 | Loungeact Interesting post so I am attempting some research.. Can you direct me to the full trial details and results not a summary. I can assure you that I do indeed have the credentials to interpret the results | ![]() chrisg11
31/10/2017 10:29 | Hello again people..I am back! As an investor I read this site and although it's mainly run by rappers and bullies I do get snippets of information . I asked if someone could give me s link to the LPLDL cholesterol trial and although someone gave me a link kindly this was only a summary and not the full trial details and results. If anyone can give me a link to the full trial results I would be grateful. Someone must know as surely all thee views cannot be formed without reading the trial..elrico surely knows with his Godly connections. I did see the details when first out so they are somewhere..can anyone put aside any dislike for me trying to ascertain facts and help me out here? I do note that the trial actually had 49 participants not the oft quoted on here 50..a small point but possibly shows nobody on here has actually read the full trial results. Come on elrico instead of your usual blather can you post up something useful! A bit tongue in cheek elrico the last comment as some of your stuff is helpful if I can find it inside all the ramping. Thanks in anticipation. | ![]() chrisg11
31/10/2017 09:52 | JH - just my inexperience! I am happy to follow OPTI's progress, but I am wary. I am definitely not a trader, as holding is too small and I don't have the technical knowledge. I am not a LTH yet, but if this share does well I would happily become one. MU | ![]() m4rtinu
31/10/2017 09:48 | Or maybe those with alternative views need to do some research before spouting rubbish about a share they're not even invested in. Everyone who is invested is optimistic and cautious at the same time, of course we are, we have our money invested here. Just don't have any time for losers that have lost everything and have hidden agendas. Also, you have to look at the credibility of someone before being open to any views they might have. | ![]() loungeact
31/10/2017 09:37 | m4rtinu if youve been stopped out a few times that would indicate your not a long term investor. LTH would never put stops in a volatile AIM MM stock. | ![]() john henry
31/10/2017 09:35 | PS: I think OPTI may have to overcome skepticism of customers, due to other products in similar sectors that have promised benefits that they couldn't deliver. I imagine the slimming business is littered with them. Here is an example from today's news: To be fair to OPTI, they appear to have done their trials first. | ![]() m4rtinu
31/10/2017 09:27 | Surely it is good to have posters with alternative views. If they ask awkward questions, then if OPTI has a strong argument to answer them, then that is reassuring. I bought (and still have) a small holding of OPTI, following an article I read in Telegraph(?). So not been invested long, and being cautious, was stopped out a couple of times, but bought back in. The OPTI science/product/phil I have had a couple of AIM shares in the past; one did well, the other didn't. The one that didn't was always going to shows and creating a lot of interest. But in the end it is sales, and more importantly profit that count. So I can understand a poster advising caution, though may be the advice could have been given a bit more diplomatically :) Cheers MU | ![]() m4rtinu
31/10/2017 09:00 | Rayrac is like an obsessive ex bf that just can't let go. Everyone else has moved on, but he's still there with his can of Super T's talking about the past. | ![]() loungeact
