I've converted two more today to the go figure diet!
They were impressed with my weight loss, and wanted details!

Delighted to report, sweet tooth still under control.
I have chocolate and cakes, but only as treat now as find them all too sweet!
And I used to be a chocoholic! So that's very impressive for me.
Finished diet months ago, but kept to the bars ( only have one every now and again ), I enjoy their flavour and great little energy boost.

shazbo, back at the time I got free xrp through computing for good, and buying it directly from ripple trade (no longer exists and it was migrated to gatehub). In the UK best to use either bitstamp or gatehub, but its a ball ache getting set up (KYC rules take a few days) and you have to transfer money using SEPA. Though if you use etoro you can place spread bets on it instantly, but I'd rather own it. This weekend /to Monday expect a large rise in XRP due to SWELL announcemnts....Right no more as this is the OPTI board...

Someuwin, (sorry for continued off topic) I got into ripple, 3rd largest crypto (xrp) 4 years ago, just some throw away money, I'm up 50x this year, and expect it within a year to maybe go up another 5-10x what its current price is. Still got a stake in OPTI though, holding for years, feel we are so close here too.
