05/10/2017 16:56 | John I have no control over what appears in the news section in the header. That is down to ADVFN and they only show 'Normal' RNSs. OPTI's news yesterday was released as an RNS reach announcement (Alliance news). These are for more PR type announcements. You can find it here... | someuwin
05/10/2017 16:41 | John, Apologies, It is Max...I'm up wall today with doing several things...chuckle! Think I need new brain! ( no comments please folks! ) Yes, that's correct. Takes a few days to kick in but works. Shake morning, bar mid morning, shake lunch and bar mid afternoon. Healthy evening meal. That's the full diet, which I would definitely follow. 2 shakes and 2 bars. Snacks, if needed... Plain cashews and almonds Fruit, apricots, dried apricots, Apples, pears etc. It's funny really, I always thought any nuts and fruit good for you but with Max's help, and own research, soon found out that's not the case. A walnut very high calorie for example. So be mindful of those snacks To be honest, by the time I got to third or fourth day it was, OMG, do I have to have an evening meal. Plenty of water too, that's the key. I just walked, increased each day, and a few arm weight exercises so nothing too time consuming or taxing. If your working, there's always lunch hours to walk, or bus stops to get off earlier etc. I didn't have hunger pangs at all. My chocoholic habit has disappeared completely. I buy the bars now as healthy snack, plus the fact my sweet tooth disappeared and that's months since I stopped diet. Changes your taste buds, if I have chocolate or sweet stuff now it tastes too sweet, almost sickly. Chocolate now just a treat, not a daily occurrence as it was before. Once I started loosing the weight I regained my energy. They do promos occasionally so we usually post the codes here when their available. As I've said, only diet I ever tried and worked. Was put off any diet that required me to weigh stuff or go look it up on a chart etc for calorie content! Far too much bother IMHO, Go figure all done for you, easy! Enjoy... | joyjoy13
05/10/2017 16:35 | Great end to the day after the mms dropped the price on minimal volume early this week! Long may the rise continue! | primal123
05/10/2017 16:29 | I can understand folks getting upset when the price is falling, but guys can't we have a truce while the price is going up faster than a rock star's line of coke! I notice that the most recent RNS hasn't made it into the header. Would it be good to include it Someuwin? John | 2350220
05/10/2017 16:23 | Hi JoyJoy, Just for clarity, it was a chap called Max who I spoke with. In fact he rang me back after I left a request with the secretary. Yes I'll update after a few weeks or more. One interesting thing he said, which I hadn't picked up on before, was that it should help with Fat Burn as well as reducing hunger pangs. Don't think that I've read that anywhere. If so, that's an added bonus. John | 2350220
05/10/2017 16:21 | steady on and don't be so rude, slarty, i seem to remember Elrico had to admonish you the other day for some nonsense, maybe you don't recognise honesty | neftanikoff

05/10/2017 16:20 | Lots of large buys at 72p going through now! Strong finish. | jestercat2

05/10/2017 16:05 | John Delighted to hear you spoke to Tim personally, he's very enthusiastic isn't he, but that passion is good news for us all. He's witnessed it's results and he's very happy to assist anyone with questions, he was a huge help to me when I did my diet back in January. Did you look at the full website? How he'd been involved with certain celebrities...can't think of their names...but some high caliber. ( don't follow celebs... But that's another topic...) Be interested to hear how you get on and I'm sure any queries, Tim will help or, without ruffling feathers here...I'm sure folk would share their tips if you needed and assistance... | joyjoy13
05/10/2017 15:50 | Primal123, please don't jump to conclusions, as you are 100% wrong. I have done plenty of research and am not a trader and have been invested a long time, end of!!!! You are probably right about one thing, looking at the screen, but come on ..... You, yourself might as well have been absent for the last over 2 years, as the share price has done nothing, just a lot of false hopes. Some of this can be put down to TW , but also we were led to beleve that P&G would be rns'd as a partner (now going a different route) and that would have meant a big rise, imo. That is factual, but no doubt some people will take offence, like you can not say a word in anger against the share, less you are called moaning. And let me remind you, nothing is 100% certain in life, even your "prophet" Elrico might agree, as he cited recently, that if anything were to happen to SOH (heaven forbid, just think of the consequences....... In hindsight, i believe the the opti share price got ahead of itself and after flotation, should have stayed gone up more gently and then as we approach getting the products out there, the rise should have gathered pace. Naturally the ones in at 8p will disagree, but then this is an open debate. Looks like SBTX is doing this route and not following the opti way. | neftanikoff
05/10/2017 15:19 | Flip... I've only been out few hours and S/p looking very good. I thought that RNS was packed with so much great news update, for a new development start up company, backed up with science. Plus the news sensitive info contained therein... Anyhow, folk seem to have digested it now and price seems to be going higher... I personally feel we've had so many on the sidelines due to TW and his buy under 80 remarks etc etc.. But folk have waited for us to break from the 60's and those all important RNS so we've got momentum building now...just my opinion. Folks starting to invest/trade because we're fast approaching end of year and it's only matter of time now... IMHO... no more questions of does it or doesn't it work dilemma... Anyhow, just my humble opinion. Do your own research or look at header here, so many articles provided by Elric, which SOH has been party too. So I don't think you'd be in a more unique situation to obtain information from all directions. | joyjoy13
05/10/2017 15:09 | The problem with you neft is that you're a trader and you don't look at the bigger picture, you clearly want a big rise quite quickly so you can make a quick buck. You maybe have better opportunities elsewhere if you want to do that. SOH is building a solid business here and the share price will follow once people actually realise the potential. You need to do some more research and stop looking at the share price every minute! | primal123
05/10/2017 14:58 | forgive me so Elrico, it might well mean the 5% autisim in me that craves clarity and believe me, i know that where you are concerned on this bb, you have to tread very carefully, otherwise you attract the fury of many others, you could say, your desciples in recognition of your work and effort put in this thread. All the same, maybe coincidence, a rise these days is often associated with an update from TW. And noone answered where he gets his information from and i dont think i am moaning as someone put it, using the wrong word, methinks. Obviously like anyright minded person, i am not happy with the sp, unless i was in at 8p | neftanikoff
05/10/2017 14:52 | Elrico ignore the idiot, he looks to creating a negative most likely because he has sold on the rise and hoping it does fall back again. We all know you have been negative with tw's tone. You have reference p&g and rerating news imminent and it never did. | pglancy
05/10/2017 14:39 | Neft - You must realise I have always quoted sources as standard, honestly and in a transparent fashion for obvious reasons. Post 27727 was an exception and put right immediately Someuwin brought it to my attention. It was simple oversight due to other material things flying around me. Foolish error on my part, that is for sure, but put right. Your are of course commenting on an issue that has been corrected some time ago now, so begs the question why bring it up? In any event, I'm pretty confident everyone that read it at the time could easily distinguish my comments from SOH...ESPECIALLY the hype comments by me and I'm sure TW is sick of me stating so, hence his comments on share price "F* it you update investors" Or word to that effect. Be sure to bring your concerns regarding my relationship with SOH with him - I am sure everyone will applaud you if SOH cut's my legs from underneath me. | elrico
05/10/2017 14:32 | Neft - stop the constant moaning, the reason he responds is he is different to all other CEOs and is very approachable and organised and he makes time to respond ALWAYS, to me also. DE is out so I don't understand why JH is coming up with rubbish saying he's not! | primal123
05/10/2017 14:30 | Tom w fails to understand what opti is doing. Optis is building the science behind future products that will bring significant health benefits to people worldwide at affordable prices. Eg nicks comment last night.... Anti-hypertensive drugs were the second largest therapy area in 2011 with the global sales value of more than USD 40 billion. Now, opti are not creating drugs but natural products that have the same if not better results than drugs. They can be sold otc due to the regulations, a gap in the market soh has spotted here. I can understand people frustrated this hasn't gone anywhere in the last year or so after but the next step up is what soh is building now which IMO will be very quick when it happens. The company ten bagged very quickly and has been range bound until commercial traction hits. All the signs are there are they not?Cereal ingredients hint is just another surprise. Opti get in close with the manufactures of the biggies the distribution deals become a whole lot easier and quicker. The next 12 months will be very exciting. | riskybusiness1
05/10/2017 14:23 | No, i did not miss that, just want it 100% clear. | neftanikoff
05/10/2017 14:21 | elrico edited the post or had you missed this? | incanus
05/10/2017 14:21 | Also, the poster JH was hinting that DE was not out and someone was using something to his advantage or did i get that very wrong or maybe it was just speculation (like most people) on his part, over to you JH | neftanikoff
05/10/2017 14:17 | 1) TW was having a go at the PR company 2) Whether you like it or not, usually after a TW update, the share price usually goes up and then a day or so later goes down. Probably the the last time was the one saying DE was out. 3) Where does TW get his information from, presumably AR who is a director of OPTI, although i presume does very little now in the day to day running of the business side of matters. 4) A good idea from Someuwin for Elrico to "..." the actual quotes from SOH. So as i understand the final paragraph of today's post from Elrico was relating to his commuincations with TW, rather than SOH and the rest of his post did belong to SOH. 2 things from this, A) an oberservation, viz., it is quite unusual for a PI to have this very close realtionship with the boss of a £50M company, who responds so quickly. Now i am not being funny here and it is such a good thing but you have to admit that it is strange that a very busy man can respond so quickly. b) Could not SOH via AR put an end to these messages from TW about the 80/100 musings or is there something that we dont know about which prevents this from taking place. | neftanikoff
05/10/2017 14:08 | Just some of the 'healthy' cereals that could benefit from Opti's weight formulation and / or cardiovascular additions. Kellogs - Cornflakes, All Bran, Special K. Nestle - Shredded Wheat General Mills is more of a US brand. But does own the Nature Valley cereal bar brand in UK. "Launched in 2006, Nature Valley™ is the No. 1 cereal bar brand in the UK and Ireland." | someuwin |
