06/1/2017 16:31 | Hi Stephen, Adam has asked me to respond as he is travelling. Thank you for your email and continued support of OptiBiotix. I am not clear on your comment about 'this is the third 3 commercial director within a few years' as Jim has been the only commercial director in OptiBiotix since he was appointed 2 years ago, at the start of 2015. When Jim was appointed to OptiBiotix we had just listed and had no products and were looking for a Commercial Director who had experience of commercial partnerships, particularly joint product development agreements and options agreements. Since then we have achieved a number of partnership deals with large global partners. These gave OptiBiotix early revenues at a stage when we had no products, as these companies cover the cost of products they are developing with us. These partnerships typically bring hid to high six figure funds spread over the product development cycle. As these products are launched we gain royalties (typically 7-15%) of net sales and access to global markets through these partnerships. This is a low cost way to access large global markets with new science and will provide OptiBiotix with future revenues with margins often approaching 100% . This has been is part of our stated commercial strategy since I formed the company. As the company starts to commercialise its products the balance in the type of commercial deals changes and they becomes more about manufacturing and B2B licensing/ supply agreements with global and regional players. This requires a different skill set, a network of global contacts, multi-lingual skills, a greater scientific understanding, and as I described in my RNS more operational commercial and industry expertise. This is required to support our partners to drive revenue growth of our products. This is particularly important where you are selling based on new science as we find that many of our partners, even global players, still have very little knowledge of the microbiome. The appointment of Luis Gosalbez as our business development director in August started this transition which has been continued with the replacement of Jim with Per has and gives us more technical and operational commercial expertise, and capability across Asia and Europe. We hope to make further additions to our commercial team in the near future to develop opportunities other areas, particularly North and South America. This will give us global reach and allow us to optimize the large number of opportunities we are attracting across or products. I hope this helps clarify any misunderstandings and you will understand this change was part of a planned transition consistent with our stated strategy and reflects a gradual change from a focus on joint development/option agreements when the science was at an immature stage of development to a growing focus on global licensing/ supply agreements of our ingredients and products. Should be an exciting year. Best Wishes, Stephen OHaraChief ExecutiveOptiBiotix Health PLC | john henry

06/1/2017 16:22 | a 25 k buy above the offer!!! Where did this afternoons splurge come from.. | bobdown2
06/1/2017 16:12 | One time they will be right!! This time anyone? | rafboy
06/1/2017 16:08 | thanks bdog51, it (go) figures) Maybe they are applauding the CD, as a good choice and urging everyone to buy before the big news, in fact, they might say anything under 80 is a buy with rise on the cards to 100 plus, etc, etc., | neftanikoff
06/1/2017 16:03 | Neftan - yep, hot stock rockets update on OPTI was released this afternoon. Not read it yet though.. | bdog51
06/1/2017 15:48 | i note the latest buy is at 64.9 which is nearly at the quoted offer, another buy or 2 will have it 'steaming' ahead. I wonder if TW has tipped it again (for the umpteenth time) | neftanikoff
06/1/2017 15:45 | At last, a bit of blue and the offer actually going up to 64.3 at present, hip, hip hooray!!! Following on from yesterday, when i mentioned a few shares that have done well recently while opti has gone backwards, another one i see that is creeping up with a good chart is (and happens to be the o/p's (someuwin) choice for 2017 as a share share to double, IQE | neftanikoff
06/1/2017 14:35 | IMHO when one member of a household is on a diet and has to cook something different for themselves for their evening meal, that not only causes more havoc in the kitchen but can lead to the temptation of having what the rest of the family are eating that night as its so much easier and the diet fails. What I love about the Go Figure diet, and a definite plus as far as I'm concerned in the diet business, is you can eat what the family are having for your evening meal, as long as healthy in respect of protein and veg etc, which we should all try and aim for... Have the shakes for breakfast and lunch plus the two bars during the day. Couldn't be simpler and a heck of a lot cheaper compared to other diet routes. Can be mixed with water so you don't even have to buy semi skilled milk either. So far I've tried the three flavours in the shakes and the two different bars. I am happy to go ahead with the full diet next Friday, as I wanted to just sample the flavours to see if I could stick with the diet. Conclusion = yes! When I made up the vanilla shake today I used water and shook it in the Go Figure shaker I bought from them. I poured it into a caffe latte glass and was delighted with the result. Didn't feel like I was on a diet at all, rather like trying a new milky shake without the inflated prices in some fancy cafe! IMHO this will sell extremely well, simple to use, choice of flavours ( more to come ) priced well but more importantly it has the UNIQUE SLIMBIOME. All my humble opinion, do your own research .... Good luck all p.s. Any drops in S/P and I'm simply adding to my investment. Only a matter of time before this goes full steam ahead. Plus, so many strings to their bow, WOW, the potential here is the best I've ever encountered in all my years of investing. Great summary by Riskybusiness above, sums it all up nicely. Thanks Riskybusiness. | joyjoy13
06/1/2017 14:14 | Great posts and we should not forget that the Go Figure products work and are very effective. It's only a matter of time. | misconduct
06/1/2017 12:44 | Excellent summary, Risky. Impatience of PI's is normal especially after a steller 2014/15. We could make a very strong case for 2016 being a better year for OPTI but for the share price graph portraying a very different picture, which I think is key to putting new investors off. Slimbiome has been 100% derisked Cholesterol will be 100% derisked by spring Hypertension will be 100% derisked by spring THFC is steaming ahead with its GoFigure supplements. After watching ITV diet and save last night (misleading headline) it appears dieting is very expensive business with little support for change when target weight is achieved. I am going to try and attempt to come up with a couple of diet plans using supplement directly competitive to GoFigure and come up with a cost per month. One of the supplement meal replacement plans featured last night was "Lighter Life" which consisted of dry foods mixed with water and heated. Though not in the same space as GoFigure, it did illustrate the expensive nature of dieting, which cost c£335 pm, which equates to c£15 per pound in weight lost during a 4 week period. Using GoFigure promo package you can get a 6 week package for £266 pre discount. | elrico
06/1/2017 11:34 | I reviewed my decision NOT to top slice in Dec 2015 after missing the top ;-) | elrico
06/1/2017 10:36 | Remember everyone that this is AIM and the 12 month march downwards can change in an instant! When the MN news lands with facts and figures we could easily do a week of 20 percent rises! Patience is wearing thin, but I've no doubt it will turn...soon! | f3rdinand
06/1/2017 10:18 | JH what happened to... I've received an email and I will definitely be adding blah blah blah blah and blah.. | 1bokke
06/1/2017 10:12 | Ive reviewed my position, and bought 10k...lol | currypasty
06/1/2017 09:46 | I reviewed my position here a few months ago and decided to dump 100k. Have added a a little trading stock but will not be buying until news that the market engages in. | john henry
06/1/2017 09:43 | I'm not reviewing my holding whatsoever Happy with my holding I just think it's now time that the frothy news, management extending warrants news (not good pr) and making good poor recruitment decisions is not share price enhancing news Sellers have been in control for over a year Time this seller domination was reversed with some 100% bona fida company transforming news (which we presume is due) Only my opinion | judijudi
06/1/2017 09:29 | you are not sounding quite so sanguine at the moment. Looks like it is 60.5 to sell and 61.3 to buy, so that 64 offer is pants. As dull as ditchwater, maybe, but the down everyday syndrome is making it worse than just dull and despite the expected news, this is making people including me to review positions. | neftanikoff
05/1/2017 22:26 | ODR, Expression is "As dull as ditchwater" | asterix96

05/1/2017 21:33 | Wow can't believe how negative people are Per Rehné has worked for some of the world's leading food companies, including Danisco, Frutarom Nordic and Innotaste Nordi This is a major plus - per imo would not join opti without knowing we are on to major deals Relax this year will be transforming I have average of 68p and £100k worth , part spread bet part own £1 on its way | sukithedog
05/1/2017 18:05 | John Hendry, I see you are going through a blowing cold phase this week. I'm sure you u will let us know when it's passed.. | 1bokke
