07/7/2017 09:31 | O/T we've mentioned Cyber Security firm FLX on here before. Results will be out on Monday. No idea what the numbers will be like but the forward statement should be ultra bullish with the increasing risk of cyber attacks on businesses, hospitals, infrastructure, government depts etc etc. Market cap of only £10m seems too cheap to me. | ![]() someuwin
07/7/2017 08:56 | Whl2, OPTI is my largest holding by far, in fact I am overweight in the company. Hence I use slimbiome! Yes, I have been adding when I can as I truly believe in SOH and the company. Not only me but family members as well. We are on the cusp of multiple agreements being signed after our 2 recent excellent appointments. If I didn't believe in the products I wouldn't be investing. That said, I am also a realist and acknowledge that share price performance has not been sustained and we have fallen back after reaching the high 70s or even 80s. As has been pointed out one reason for this is down to numbers of sales or deals that have as yet been unquantified. However, if you believe SOH that several deals worth around £3M are in the offing then that will change. Also just look at the companies we now have taking on our products, they are well established and will no doubt bring in increasing revenue given time. I am looking forward to the next few months here and then we start gaining traction with our sugar replacement etc etc. What's not to like? | ![]() rafboy

06/7/2017 13:59 | Most company's do generally base directors options upon reaching a timeframe milestone. Basing them on performance is exactly how options should work...they should be earned not given. The exercise price seems fair as they will receive nothing unless these performance milestones have been achieved anyway. | ![]() riskybusiness1
06/7/2017 13:26 | Couldn't resist 4k more shares earlier. First deals can't be far away I suspect. | ![]() rafboy
06/7/2017 13:21 | Well, re. 'trousering', as I feel that this share is safer than most, my OPTI trousers have not been stained. Had I got in here at 8p though, then no doubt they'd have got a bit wet at the front! | ![]() europa79

06/7/2017 12:20 | From Lianne, "There are 4 triggers which each release increasing portions of exercisable shares according to sales revenues. Whilst significant both the Company and the option holder believe these targets are realistic and achievable." Unlike so many AIM companies, OPTI are making the directors work for their options by ensuring they achieve multiple thresholds not just one. | elrico
06/7/2017 11:33 | That's a shame in someone giving up with a sell of 26k on nex | neftanikoff

06/7/2017 09:17 | Adorling must have gone to the same school on economics as Michaelmouse. It's the sort of comment I'd expect from him. Time yet I suppose. | elrico
06/7/2017 09:11 | The truth is we don't know the milestones for the options. My guess is certain PI's are not thinking clearly and or don't understand how the options work. Like scotty pointed out, they are not freemans, they have to be paid for and they are at a premium to today's price. Of course that matter not at this stage, what matters is the value to options, as in £sales Christina and Per bring in. SOH has already indicated there are several contracts currently drafted worth £3-6m pa. Are these the type of option triggers? I would say so, especially as it is very likely both Christina and Per will repeat these type of deals multiple times. Revert back to their records in their respective fields, and pay particular interest to their client lists...very impressive. Another point, they are not on huge saleries, so these options also for part of their remuneration package, which keeps PLC costs down. | elrico
06/7/2017 09:02 | scotty, I filtered that poster as soon as I read the trousered £350k comment :) | ![]() judijudi
06/7/2017 08:58 | jj i didn't say you didn't know unless you were one of the thumbs up ticks :)i also didn't state whether i thought the strike price was to low or to high, the point i was making is the poster obviously thought the directors had been given the options for free hence his "Directors trouser nearly £350,000" comment, for them to get that the share price would have to go to £1.34p on the bid.I'll settle for that. | ![]() scotty1
06/7/2017 08:47 | I know exactly how options work And I stand by my take that the exercise price for them is to low! | ![]() judijudi |
