They took on more debt with salamander and paid some down so I think that explains a good chunk of it.

FID expected 1st half 2017 , and as we recently had the chief bean counter buying substantial qty of shares @85p which should underpin the share price , then we can only assume they have a super deal on the table. Taken another lump this morning.

Did it. It was an all paper offer if i remember correctly. Don't recall getting a cash element in my SIPP
Can't remember if they retired any SMDR debt.Don't think they did.

Agree, top. Mrkt cap 650ml and producing 10-12boe/day and blown hundreds of millions cash in no time and will continue to do so. Mgmt have messed up badly here imo. Need TO or something big to change direction.imo

Let's hope so with $55 oil.

They had over $1 billion in cash if I remember correctly, and very recently, am actually quite shocked!

Just read the trading statement. Cash position here is dire compared to two years ago, what have they done with it all!!

Slightly lower cash than expected due to a delayed payment, but they seem to have a nice balance of cash generating and exploration excitement going on?

Nothing odd with the start of the rise for this share price , joint venture news soon enough ,and as gas prices have been the best performer in the last 6 months , and are likely to continue , ophr nicely placed to take advantage , and would expect takeout by one of the big 3 within 18 months at a massive premium to existing share price

Makes sense...shut rns but share price rises. One time we had fanatstic rns and share price declined.
