18/1/2023 09:18 | Looks like they have sold 30 million on and the rest will get filtered through to pi's at a 10-20% profit. It did start to dawn on me recently that it could only be M&G because the other much smaller holder would have ran out by now with all these 500k's blocks last year and 250k's blocks this year etc etc | ![]() dave4545
18/1/2023 08:56 | That makes perfect sense M&G have been the seller and that is what they have left and they have crossed it with a new buyer. This should go nuts now, this has been stopping the shares rising for over 6 months | ![]() dave4545
18/1/2023 08:47 | Only M&G hold above that figure | ![]() jailbird
18/1/2023 08:42 | Unless it is a typo | ![]() jailbird
18/1/2023 08:41 | Over 36m dumped at 5.5pWho is the buyer to take up huge sell then ? | ![]() jailbird
18/1/2023 08:11 | Thanks So what are the latest Indo and Indian coal prices Find conflicting prices Anyone have a correct link for these ? | ![]() jailbird
17/1/2023 16:43 | Coal prices have been following gas prices downward. | ![]() tim000
17/1/2023 16:34 | Have coal prices all moved high since our last discussion? | ![]() jailbird
12/1/2023 19:24 | Agree but as you must know this has been going on for most if not all of 2022 so numerous 1% thresholds have been crossed and not a peep of a holding RNS so far. | ![]() dave4545
12/1/2023 18:48 | Their is only three major shareholders. It won't be gupta, id imagine its one of the two funds that are selling. | ![]() igoe104
12/1/2023 17:57 | And there it is 250k worked sale at 5.9p This is just endless ! | ![]() dave4545
12/1/2023 16:48 | It’s hard to imagine a more difficult trading period for OPG than the past 18 months or so when their two main input costs, coal and freight, jumped around 400% and 1000% respectively. The fact that the government were willing to move the goalposts so that OPG could more or less breakeven despite these extenuating circumstances (albeit with a bit of coal profit taking mixed in), shows how necessary their energy production remains. It seems only logical that, once these issues have abated, the government will be inclined to set the tariffs such that OPG can return to profitability and keep supplying much needed energy. Why wouldn’t they? I think it’s possible that these factors have been overlooked by the market and there is a very good multi bag opportunity here just waiting to be snapped up. | ![]() florence141414
12/1/2023 13:41 | 250k worked sale the other day 250k buy on Asqe today so no doubt another 250k will show later. I contacted Cenkos but they never got back to me about who the seller is and why they are not disclosing it | ![]() dave4545
05/1/2023 17:45 | 500k+ bought 400k sale worked yet again | ![]() dave4545
04/1/2023 11:53 | Right on cue again, around 500k bought and 500k worked sale at 5.9p appears Never ending | ![]() dave4545
04/1/2023 08:43 | Noticed the buys keep coming and also the sells getting worked. Another 500k at 5.9p looked like a buy but was clearly another sale after a glut of buys near 6p Annoying the seller is allowed to continue with updating the market with a holding RNS | ![]() dave4545
19/12/2022 09:06 | Via more NCDBad or Good? least we will have room to maneuver We will also get a good impression on the how liquid the capital markets areNeed renewables desperately or were just moving in circles | bubbabubbabubba

16/12/2022 12:59 | Yep, just tried a quote for £20k and getting 5.99p | ![]() dave4545
16/12/2022 12:58 | Not right the seller has not updated the market. | ![]() dave4545
16/12/2022 12:09 | You can buy anything you want at 6p | bubbabubbabubba
16/12/2022 04:33 | Bit of a head scratcher given the stated goal of deleveraging the balance sheet. And that they have literally held onto the cash from the previous NCD and invested it into mutual funds at lower rates than they are paying. Will be interested to see what interest rates they get. The only upside I see is if they are locking in rates below current NCD rate and repaying the bank debt which is floating rate (see interims vs year end). | ![]() cvjr4
15/12/2022 14:45 | Looking to raise approximately £20M in debt again. Should be proposing any buybacks if that is the case. And what about monies raised from the solar asset, will that not be enough? I hope you are right, that it would be to re-invest in renewables proposal to borrow and raise funds by way of Loans, working capital/term loan facilities, issuance of bonds, issuance of listed, rated, principal protected, senior, secured, redeemable, Market Linked Debentures (or such other forms of debentures as may be determined) / other debt instruments on private placement basis, in one or more issues / tranches/series, for an amount upto Rs. 200,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Two hundred crore) to such selected group of person(s) as may be identified by the Company from time to time. | ![]() jailbird
