results tomorrow, hence the recent share price increase.

YE profit was £2.3m although only in Nov they estimated £1.5m so a massive increase in last 2 months of the year. If this has continued into 2021 and all indications are that it has then i'm expecting share price could hit 120p in the not too distant future.

Only last week CEO on twitter mentioned 200 new estate agents have signed up in the last few weeks - excellent growth, usually it's 20 or so a week .

This stock is very undervalued in comparison to Rightmove. When the re rate comes, this will multi bag.

Boomin hasn't launched yet and will start from a zero base so can't see them providing any competition for a few years.
OTM has c14k estate agents on their books, market leader RM has c19k. Furthermore, RM charges c£1k a year to advertise whereas OTM are not much more than £100 at the moment.
Most developers are also on OTM so the new build market is covered too.

If the house market slows down this year surely you are more likely to drop RM than OTM as the outlay is 90% less.

Hopefully YE update will be positive - could drop any day now

Rot will set in after the freebie if number of leads don't stack up.
PB had a good target, the hated estate agent but we will see how boomin differentiates itself to the common man.

Well it certaianly won't be for the lack of trying .The Bruces can talk a good game and their marketing is excellent as evidenced by Bricks

Already captured Foxtons and a few other decent outfits being a 4th portal will be a hard slog but yet more competition for OTMP

OTMP are at a pivotal point with the portals competing for the agents hard earned pound.

Impressive though that they managed to turn a profit in a difficult year A New Kid on the block too who might be able to rebuild bridges , broken by the last CEO

With Countrywide looking very much like falling into the hands of Connells that big beast unlikely to be captured!

Bailed out with hindsight prematurely mainly due to the fact Boomin' have reached out to offer agents a free year

I have done my own research.
Yes, there is room for improvement, no doubt about it. But there are plenty of agents seeing OTMP fulfilling their need for leads.

This stock is poised to replace Zoopla as the second favourite and that was taken private at around £2bn.

Plenty of sky to go for in terms of share price.
Buys today shows that there is plenty of appetite for the stock.
