Does not matter how big a discount they offer - Country is in lockdown - None will be moving house abd possibly the majority of houses to come onto the market may be those owned (sorry to have to say it - but must look at facts) by those no longer with us as a result of the virus/

Experts are now saying (source BBC News) that Social distancing would be needed for "at least half of the year" to stop intensive care units being overwhelmed, according to the government's scientific advisers.

The Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (Sage) recommended alternating between more and less strict measures for most of a year.

So looks as though the housing and rental markets will be a quiet as a pub today for a long time -- SELL SELL SELL possilby.

Well until they land one of the big fish Countrywide or Bricks they are unlikely to gain much traction. They lost any hope of securing Connells with the ill fated court case

One can only hope ! The door has been flung wide open by RM price increases .
Its a little disappointing they have failed to take advantage .The expensive TV adverts were very poor and they are fast running out of cash Maybe time for some changes at the top

Another good deal today.

This could be the time to get on board.

I remember when Rightmove was 130p and I couldn't make my mind up whether buy or not

and the rest is history.

My thoughts exactly. In my area, In my regions (Reading area) the split is 50% Rightmove, OTM 40% and Zoopla 10%
The Zoopla leads are very low quality too.
When the OTM adverts were running, OTM was even better.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this for 2020?

I'm involved in a lettings agency (no sales) in Exeter and we split between Zoopla and OTM. (Don't need Rightmove for lettings)

Our split is 70% OTM and 30% Zoopla on the email leads front.

Must turn at some point?

I am negative on OTMP and they clearly feel the need to hit out at the big two...

A business and share price going nowhere.Much more interesting investment opportunities in the property sector.

Up quite a bit on 20k turnover.
A couple of months ago I was buying 20k bundles and the share only moved a few pennies.

I am an estate agent and I am getting nearly as much leads as Rightmove. Zoopla is virtually dead in my area.

Revenue slightly under estimates, PBT slightly better that estimates. All in all these results are broadly in line with expectations. This next financial year is massive to OTMP, we should see serious grow from here on in.

Finals next week. Will be interesting to see how many agents have transfered from free subscriptions into paying subscriptions. Could well be the catalyst to get this party started....

It's only a matter of time until this 10 bags. OTMP is a coffee can investment to be a 100 bagger in good time.

Yes, Im buying here and today!!!!

I have been using this site and i'm getting good number of leads. In next 12 months I would consider not paying zoopla and staying with rightmove and onthemarket!

This stock will be around £5-£7 in next 12-18 months! Market will re-rate this company.

Interesting to see this one drop back.

Worth a punt at 100p...gap has closed.

People who bought this on floatation at (was it about) 135p must be hugely disappointed.I always thought that it was a short and think that it will always struggle to compete effectively with mega cash rich Rightmove and Zoopla. Can see no reason to buy even at these levels as the property market is in shreds and their customers (High St) estate agents will be looking to cut all unnecessary costs (which OTM definitely is).
