I never said the trades were immaterial. I just feel it immaterial as to whether they are buys or sells because we have growing institutional interest at the moment. Likelihood is that these trades are all part of the process of filling these orders.

Immaterial really as unlikely to be regular market trades. I am getting excited about our prospects here with the growing institutional interest. We are on a slow burn right now but feel we could see a decent sustained rise imminently. We need to break 30p and then we will be away IMO.

They look very much like sells given the spread at the time. Which means there must be at least one large delayed buy to report still or the price wouldn't have gone up afterwards!

Found an old WHO report on HIV testing from 2015 forecasting CD4 test sales of £106m in 2018. Now even if ODX took a fraction of that total next year (let's say 5%?) it would have an enormous impact on their revenues...

I keep reading from UNITAIDS and WHO that POC testing is desperately needed, cheaper and optimal for resource limited settings.

It's an open door for Omega

Good purchase Dibs.

I'm sure there will be plenty of positive news because any price sensitive bad news would need to be released to the market when known....

Not sure whether its related to ODX but Frankfurter Investments in Germany have just taken an 8.23% interest in Immunodiagnostics Systems (IDH), could be news on the tie-in about to break??? but may just be a coincidence,,,,(if I am reading their RNS correctly).

Hyperbores, long story short I know something of the way Harwood operates and Oryx is one tool.

Sneller is the BG man but not UK specific his job and can invest his and wife's resources as he wishes in UK.

I suspect Harwood is back due to tidying up elsewhere with SBS taken prigate, CRX sold, QP in takeover process and EKF going through changes.

Mills is a good capital allocator and he nay well be placing focus on ODX now there is more bandwidth available and ODX reaching key performance points.

If Mills is adding it is a very positive development.

BUY.

longshanks,

"Perhaps Harwood are still in the process of acquiring stock".

We did have 2 x 500k and a 250k trade on the 13/9 and 14/9 large trades for PI's...

Hi all,

I see Sneller tops the list. When I google him, the only Sneller I find is Head Global Emerging Market Equities at Baillie Gifford.

Is this the same person ? Seems unusual for an investment manager to have a declarable holding in person.

Interesting too that there has been no RNS. I will update the header soon either way. Perhaps Harwood are still in the process of acquiring stock. Looking at their website it would look like most of their investments are done through the Oryx and trident funds or the investment trust. Either way it looks like they disappeared for a while when ODX was treading water and are back again now that it is becoming interesting again. With such strong institutional support there is only a small free float of stock available for private investors. The results in October could trigger a very rapid rerate if the accompanying progress meets my expectations.

pinkfish, I do not think that the Harwood Capital holding has anything to do with Oryx as they reduced their holding some time time before the fundraising, most of the that was gobbled up by Sneller, however I do agree it can only be viewed in a positive light with Mills & Co taking an interest in Omega.

For further reference if you look back ay my post 164 dated 21 August it would appear that Liontrust Asset Management have also increased their holding by over 2.3 million shares as a result of the fundraising.

Would like to see Harwood up at Sneller levels though.
Normally he doesn't dabble at the sub 5% level and likes to have influence.

Looks like sold down Oryx holdings and now it's under Harwood Capital.
Mills is a very capable capital allocator.
Mills + Sneller on the register is a reason to buy.

Chris Mills on the register via Harwood.
Good.

He's done well out of CRX (Trident III), EKF, SBS, QP, can't remember others in the bio arena. Worth looking into each to see the returns.

I belive (may be wrong) he has held here in the past so not completely new to ODX in that case. May have been via Oryx etc and sold down.

Can check when get chance.
