This has become a really pronounced downturn in the share price Way beyond a 'normal' retrace following a good rise. Every time I think its finished off it goes again downwards!

As they say 'WTF' is going on? Its generally small volume but it looks horribly as if bad news is going to follow this…….. I so hope I am wrong. I suspect something to do with CD4, again really hope I'm wrong.

Probably badly times but I'm out for the moment. Almost impossible to sell any yesterday but straightforward today so perhaps a buyer has re-appeared.

The 2016 results were announced on 27 June. This year we have been told to expect then in 'mid-July'. Three months is quite a long time to add up the figures so an extra 2 weeks or so may be making some people suspicious or the sieve may be leaking. Good news travels fast, bad news.........

2 trades showing up yesterday and 1 trade today listed on the LSE but not showing on advfn, strange, but true......

edit: We are experiencing a problem receiving off-book LSE trades. Our engineers are working on this with the highest priority

I've only just noticed the price since 5th June.
Barry and I have experience of MDW & this is a walk in the park in comparison.
Try to ignore, get on with life.

Hopefully everything is on track, I just think investors just get fed up waiting for news from the company, we normally get just 2 trading statements a year Interims and Final results with the occasional RNS for Holdings or Grants, most information is held until the Trading Statements are released i.e CE approvals etc. just people see a quicker profit elsewhere IMO....but a very well run company with good medium to long term upside, happy to hang in there for the returns, just gets frustrating sometimes......GLA

Also a bit nervous on the dip over the last week. Not that much volume. And it is consistent with the wider market sell-off in small caps. But also wary that in the past share price drops have preceded bad news (eg CD4 delays, etc) so wondering if this is insiders or those in the know selling out before the news.Results probably not imminent, would be surprised if they announced almost a month prior to their timeline guidance given in April.That leaves CD4. Maybe some unexpected delay yet again?

That's some retrace, I wonder how the IDS discussions are going? how the India manufacturing is going? how CD4 is progressing? a date for the AGM?....

Just been re-reading the TS to avoid being panicked out of my position here for no reason other than the significant share price drop, albeit it would be helpful to know what is causing it.

barry - ah thanks…..yes as you remarked on LSE a very disappointing week or so particularly as the company seem to be making good progress. Never fails to amaze me when one or two people sell and then others follow like sheep……those quick fire 5k sells looked suspicious though. Like somebody trying to get the price down.

I've been busy topping up this afternoon. Bought @ 21.93, 22,9 and 23p

Up to 175k shares now,small fry I know compared to some but very pleased to get this opportunity. Thank you Mr 5k Sneller… sorry I meant 'seller' ;)

Amazed, the 41k sell was only purchased about 10 days ago (sold at a loss) and we have a 5k seller...people still trying to trade this share........

Got another 11,112 to take me to 100,000. A little blip but will be heading backwards up in the coming weeks. Sure the AR publication should create some excitement too. Cd4 hopefully not too far away from being signed off, shipped and sold.

Feels to me like the market is anticipating a pretty poor election result for Theresa May tomorrow.If Comrade Corbyn gets his hands on the tiller we could be in for a stormy and eventful voyage.

Just tried a few dummy trades and can sell up to 50,000 @ 26.15p but can only buy a maximum of 2 @ 26.4375p 😂
